Company possibly not trading

I could not recommend this company. I ordered items exceeding £30 in September 2022. The items have not arrived (November 2022), and show as "pending". You cannot contact anybody directly ("all our phone lines are busy"). You can leave a phone message, or you can email, or you can leave a message through their website. Nobody responds to multiple messages. The only part of their website that seems to work is the part that takes your money.

Sorry to read your review on Trustpilot. We are not aware of any "pending" orders from September 2022 however if you have an order number or exact date in November 2022 we can locate this for you and refund this.
