Very emotional CEO

Very emotional CEO. Marc is a very emotional person, can't take the feedback given, and has to prove the no point. We used them, outdated backend, contracts are written in a way if you miss giving them 60-day notice, it will auto-renew. Be careful they will go behind your back and talk to the client about going with them. A total disastrous experience where so much disconnect when it comes to communication, yet they are not willing to accept feedback
