Great product, the collection process was a little delayed!
Only issue I had was being a couple of lengths short and they were no help at all with a small order following my big order and only we’re interested in selling bulk.

Had a little issue with some damaged boards, outside there 48hr window exchange , but they were happy to replace, just had to arrange pick , lovely product to work with .

Avoid this company like the plaque, don’t deliver enough material and now don’t follow up with this, ordered more boards and cancelled without reason, don’t answer emails customer service is appalling DO NOT USE

Great product and easy collection once I got to right place, website states collection from 'OUR TINSLEY WAREHOUSE' when it's actually from a courier company's warehouse in DRIFFIELD.

Unresolved issues with order

This company was the best price around for composite decking that I could find, delivered on a day of my choice for a small extra delivery fee and the customer service were helpful every time I needed to get in touch.

Found them through Facebook and from the first contact Jo was super helpful and went the extra mile. So much so that he helped finish my garden office when we lost our builder. They supplied and fit the cladding, completed roof works, flooring, frames, electrics, and decking. He and his team are very professional and accommodating. The product and materials are great, finish is even better. Would highly recommended them.

I was alittle worried ordering from a company online, but after lots of help from them I am very pleased. The quality is excellent, exactly what I was looking for.
