Fast delivery. Excellent product. I bought fencing, it looks amazing. Very reasonable price. I will eventually be replacing all my 42 wood panels.

Great service again from these guys. I had decking from them last year and this year I have had fencing. The grey decking and fencing look fantastic. In the last few days we have been able to enjoy them in the sunshine.

Purchased the composite fencing which has been easy to install and looks great, had a couple of missing small parts which were sent out 1st class, great customer service.

Firstly we had a mix up with delivery availability but a lady called me and let me have the longer cladding for the shorter cladding price. Great customer service and I am looking to order again. 100% reccomend

Still neither received my order nor had any information regarding when it will be delivered. The order was placed 4 weeks ago.

Great service from this company again, I under ordered by 8 lengths of decking, when I ordered the extra I order the incorrect one, I phoned them and the lady on the phone checked the additional order against the original one for me as I couldnt find the paperwork, I had ordered the wrong one, so she changed it before delivery, nothing was to much trouble for them.

Very helpful when I had to phone them nothing to much trouble.

Ordering online was easy enough. Delivery has not arrived as yet so unable to rate the quality.

I cannot give feedback on a product not received. Whilst the order is still within the delivery period your IT system is not in synch and I have had numerous emails of this nature. I will give feedback when the order arrives.

Was easy to purchase, communication was excellent and delivery was when they said it would be so all in all a great experience

Easy to order. Phone call with a query to Jenny sorted in a minute. Delivery was great with a helpful driver.

Product bought and paid for online,
Then afterwards was told “sorry product not in stock for 4 weeks ,
Not good not good at all .

Ordered in November, given a 4-8 week lead time. It has been 11 weeks and no communication from Composite Warehouse despite 2 emails trying to chase up what is happening. So currently they have my money and I have nothing!

This company employs outstanding employees and a massive shout out to Phil the Delivery driver for all of his hard work and extremely caring, helpful delivery service I have a pick-line in and blood clots in my right arm after a amputation to right big toe in Nov 2023 Phil went above and beyond with the delivery (massive shout out to Phil) thank you so much. He drove Hundreds of miles to deliver .Phil drove Hundreds of miles to deliver my decking boards.

Very disappointed with company we ordered cladding before Christmas’s.delivery date was 22 of December.it’s never come back.and I don’t have no information about delays.so we have to pay our Bilder for holding for this week.
Also call them many times no answer.actually it’s a Christmas’s gift from my family.very bad service.still waiting for their response.😓😓😓😓

I would like to thank composite warehouse especially Kate for her hard work in changing my order and delivery date from 7 to 10 days as I would not be there to receive it, to the next day on express delivery at no extra cost. I will certainly recommend composite warehouse to friends and businesses I deal with. 100% company

I can't thank this company enough for their amazing service! There was a hiccup with a delay to my original order but that was outwith their control. I was contacted immediately to let me know there would be a delay and as time was an issue they helped me find a suitable alternative. This was on Friday, and today (Tuesday) I'm delighted to say the delivery has arrived, even though it wasn't a standard delivery address. This was a one-off order but I'd definitely use them again if needed.
