I had the RFX-P2WR5-SF (PRO R5 with LTE) installed on my old Toyota Venza and I have yet to find a reason to regret my purchase. Keep in mind that it is pricey! My only gripe is the one-month trial with Drone Mobile service but other than that I love it! I am used to other cars in my house having proximity unlock or touch to unlock and now I can just walk up to the car and not have to remember to unlock all the doors for others getting into the car with me. Minor gripe for others but seeing that I drive other cars quite a bit, I like it. Drone service is super quick. Within seconds of activating remote start, the vehicle is up and running. In contrast to using uConnect app with our other car and that can take up to a minute plus or just error out. Drone also allows you to share login/access with other members as well. Something that you cannot do with uConnect. The Drone app also gives you the ability to include additional button functions. I have no reason to pause at recommending this Remote Starter to anytone.

Have had issues from the beginning. First of all, AT&T has no service in my area where I live so the system didn’t work till I could get a Verizon sim card. Now it connects finally, but still get random connection issues where the app will tell me to check and see is the unit is online. 1 out of 5 times opening the app this happens. The guys at DroneMobile are nice guys, but the 3 times I finally got through to someone, I got 3 different answers to the same question. After the professional install, I had to go back through and re-route wires. The technician used the shortest distance possible to run the wires so they were very exposed and easily just snipped. In fact one wire for the siren was almost touching my foot while I drive. The shock, tilt unit worked intermittently in the beginning till I pulled the main unit out and found it wasn’t plugged in all the way.

2018 Dodge Charger $1500 dollar alarm. All I can say it is a relief knowing I'm not going to lose my amazing machine to someone that can go on YouTube and figure out how to steal something I work so hard for and enjoy. It's crazy to say $1500 dollars for an alarm but the only way your going to have that feeling of not worrying wherever you go and Park it. Knowing I have Compustar alarm I have no more worries.

So far so good, I've been able to start my car from a fairly decent distance and it stays locked until i get to the car nice having this in hot and cold weather🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿

Great product. It's been very good so far. I like it so much that all 3 of my cars have it now. Highly recommend the 2 way transmitter

The range is pretty good. The proximity unlock doesn't work, the installer (Performance Sound Wenatchee) new about it and couldn't bother to get back to me.

My first remote starter. It works as it should. It’s supposed to have a range of 10000 feet but haven’t tested it.

Works OK but the true test is in the Winter when it's cold and the remote start warms up the car.

I had the Compustar T12 Pro installed in my Mitsubishi eclipse cross which took less then an hour by a certified dealer. I am very happy with the starter and am impressed with the distance of which it can be used.

Love the remote start. Only problem was that it said it would automatically have a horn chirp and could turn it off if wanted to. Installer at best buy charged me $25 extra to have it capable to have a horn chirp. I think he pulled a fast one on me and charged me for nothing becyit was stated in compustar owners manual that it would do it automatically.

Disappointed I can’t change settings on anything myself! Old systems I used to be able to turn on and off settings on my remote start

I love the simplicity of this starter, and the remote itself is cool. Screen is easy to read and I like how it has additional features you can get added to it. My only gripe is that the Proximity Unlock feature only works 25% of the time. That feature was one thing I was really looking forward to. I also wish whenever it DOES work it would fully unlock all the doors instead of just my door. Not sure if that’s something I needed to figure out with the company that installed it onto my car or if it’s my fault entirely. Overall though I do like the starter, it’s so convenient during the cold weather. Im happy with my purchase of the starter in general, but I just wish with how costly these are, that the features they provide would be 100% fully functional with no “hiccups”.

I have the newest t13 remote start with alarm upgrade, I had it installed to find out after purchase and install that many features do not work like turbo timer and timed start ect. My installer says he does not know why or how to fix it and that compustar support could not help. After rewiring the alarm myself I was able to get most of it working. The drone system at first would not track my vehicles location and I put in a request for support where I never heard back. The alarm seems to have good potential,but compustar should have better installers and support to ensure the alarm can do what is advertised.

So far so good. I don't drive much or far. Price was fair and installation quick.
