They had different people reach out to me on LinkedIn at the same time, for a position that doesn't fit at all. They obviously have no clue what they're doing.

Irrelevant spam emails

Lots of irrelevant emails without easy ability to unsubscribe (requires me to create an account first!). I never subscribed to them - so such behavior is treated as spam. Avoid at all cost.

I think my dog would do better

Never respond to applications for jobs.
Spamming emails about positions that are not of interest, i.e. a nurse job when I am not a nurse.
Poor communications, they can't even get my name right.
To be honest I have never had an interview arranged by them, I think it is best if I don't deal with them.

Spam constantly, never return contact - fake contracts?

I get a constant torrent of spam through my inbox, sent by computer futures, and if you reply to it, you never get a response.

If you use their website to apply for a specific contract, you get a generic thanks for giving us your cv to process email. But .. hang on? That is not what we just agreed.

Do they use fake job adverts to collect cv's to improve their database? This certainly seems likely based on the above behaviour, but also their inability to get back to even "made for the job" applicants. Only conclusion the jobs do not actually exist. (Or they have absolutely no idea what they are doing).

A few years ago they sent me to an interview late, and then to a repeat interview even after the client had already told them they didn't want to use them as an agency. (According to the client)

Have you seen the spelling mistakes in their adverts, and poor English?
Oh and Plymouth is not in Cornwall!

Make your own conclusions based on what they present, but proceed with caution, I have only ever wasted time, energy and money in that direction, and they are certainly pushing the line with DPA.

Bad choice

Very bad choice when looking for a job.
They always negotiated my salary in my detriment. Even so, they were not able to find a job for me.
I was sent at an interview without informing me what kind of job that was.

I am currently writing this review because after 1 year, I still cannot get my email out of their database and they are very pushy with advertising.

Best at sending mails with no relevance

I sent Computer Futures a copy of my CV but they fail big time in their core task - contacting you about relevant job or contract opportunities. I get lots of mail that has no relevance what so ever, clearly just based on a matching word in your CV. They do not care if you are looking for a perm role or a contract.

Computer Futures seems to have an approach about not responding to contact (I know friends have the same experience)

Bottom-line, a conveyor belt recruitment agency, that don't want relationship with candidates but just want to shift some CVs, I rate Computer Futures very low and now avoid them.
