My Office 2024 installation decided to stop searching for items in the email folders. I tried a lot of the online assistance forums but I was not successful in resolving this issue. I reached out to Robert at MCS for his assistance and he took a look at one of my pst files which was fine on his installation of Windows 11 which indicated my Windows installation was the problem.
He suggested that I created a new Outlook profile which resolved the issue so I can search in any of my Outllok email folders for any item.
Great advice, great support and advice!

I'm very happy with the help I received from Computer Magic. My PC had been having blue screens for a while as well as some other issues and Robert got it all sorted and running again no problem. He also was happy to come out to me since it was hard for me to come to him which really helped. I would have no hesitation contacting him again should I have any other problems.

Robert was brilliant! He gave me lot of good advice via e-mail. The upshot of which was that I ended up getting a new laptop - so he didn't make a penny! I cannot recommend Robert highly enough! I recently had problems with an old desktop ‘all in one’ computer and Robert managed to save all my data, replace the hard drive, do a clean install of Windows 10 and reinstate all my data. He then sat patiently with me and gave me a tutorial. I am really pleased with his expertise and I would use him again without hesitation. Robert will now be my ‘go to’ for any computer related problems. His service is incredibly quick too.
