Ordered items, still not delivered
I Ordered Items on the 13th Oct and have yet to receive them. No updates provided unless you ask for them to which they can also take time.
There is currently an investigation being done by the DPD courier however, I can't get updates from them because it's between the them and the seller.
I also cannot get a refund or items resent unless their courier deems the parcel lost. I've even paid DPD for a next day delivery the following week before I knew there was even an investigation.
I feel like not enough is being done to resolve this.

Edit: Received parts 27th Oct. DPD wanted another 72hr for investigations but Orbit said no and instead re-sent me the items with Next day delivery. One of the parts were not in stock so instead was upgraded to a better part which was really kind of them.
Unfortunately, when it came to test the parts, the Main board was not getting any power so I am now in the process of talking with Customer services to get a replacement.

Main board arrived however, it would only switch on intermittedly and it was because of the PSU being faulty! I'm so lucky. I didn't want to wait for a long process of getting it replaced and instead ordered the same model from Amazon.
All good now and in the process of getting a refund for the faulty unit.

Initially, I was hesitant to buy from Computer Orbit due to its unfamiliarity. However, after several transactions, I can confidently attest to their outstanding service. They offer competitive pricing, prompt and affordable shipping, and efficient customer support. Highly recommended.
Hassle Free Replacement
I needed a motherboard to get a build completed.
Next day delivery was on offer for £4 due to the order value which was nice.
Arrived quickly as expected, unfortunately there was a problem with the board with the BIOS flashback button being crushed (most likely a manufacturing defect).
I contacted their support via email and spoke to Jack, I explained the situation and that I need a replacement board ASAP.
I get the replacement board the day after I sent the first one back, which was nice.
I would use Computer Orbit again.
Reliable retailer of PC hardware
I had never previously heard of Computer Orbit, but I gave them a go after online reviews showed they are a professional company offering a great service on a wide range of PC hardware components, both instore and online. I was also eager to get my hands on an Asus TUF 7800XT and they were one of the few remaining retailers that still had stock of this GPU. The price they charged was fair given it is a white variant and the item was promptly despatched and received in 3 days, nicely packaged and in pristine condition. Scan Computers is normally my go-to retailer for PC hardware, but Computer Orbit are definitely worth considering as well.

Ordered a gpu (tuf 7800xt) on Friday with next working day delivery to my surprise it came on Sunday, a day early even had a bag of haribo. Couldn't be happier with computer orbit. Would recommend and will use for future purchases

The fact I have to rewrite this to address the petty response from the company speaks volumes, but here we are
In summary of my 1st review: 3 parts bought, 1 was ok, 2 had parts missing & 1 of them was also damaged.
Now onto the lies they said below:
1: Cooperating
They claim I did not cooperate, despite sending multiple emails reiterating the issues I was having, including pictures. The replies I got were A: Dismissive, consistently using phrases like "the damage you claim there is", inferring that I was making baseless claims even after they had seen the pictures. B: Wholly unhelpful, they first asked for clarification then spent the rest of the time completely ignoring most of the issues, never mentioned them again.
On top of that the last email they were trying to pass the blame, saying they would contact NZXT on my behalf to talk to them about the possibility of case cosmetic damage during production( which would not explain the clear signs of use or internal cable damage anyway) and maybe NZXT would have something to say other than it being a return, which would neither be convenient or easy from my location, nor had CO given me any reason to believe they would do anything to provide any actual help, they just wanted a scapegoat to bide time&hope I drop things
So what was there to cooperate with? At every opportunity they ignored most problems, dismissed the rest and the only time they accepted that it was even possible for there to be problems, they instantly resorted to blaming another company and accepted no fault or responsibility
2: Post
It is not something to be proud of that they sent things via different services & at different speeds with no prior communication. I am disabled but even if I was not I paid for a specific courier service for a reason, I had to rearrange appointments to catch the scheduled day, it was only thanks to a neighbour I did not have to go to a depot for the 2nd delivery, which physically I am not able to do
3: Pictures
The first batch of pictures I sent had the film on the case because they were taken within minutes of the delivery arriving, I wanted the evidence on file as soon as possible to avoid them trying to blame it on me.
Also just like with emails and other negative review replies, they contradict themselves. In email to me they said things are wrapped so well it's not possible for damage to happen during transit yet in the same sentence said that the missing parts could be explained by things falling out during transit. Here they acknowledge I sent pictures, including the cables which are attached to the inside of the case, contradicting their own claim that they did not see any proof. Also on this point, as mentioned in the emails they did not care about the damaged cabling, consistently chose to ignore it, yet in reply to a negative review suddenly they care enough to remember it.
In this same vein, they have said that I made a full build, which is a bare faced lie, the picture they mention shows a mobo and the case's own cables, bare minimum components needed to test the connections, which in emails I was specifically asked if I could verify that it was not purely cosmetic damage and that the cables were indeed non functional.
4: Mobo
I copy pasted lines directly from the manual's "package contents", again very shortly after delivery and in follow up emails this issue was ignored on their part. Curious they get pedantic about package list format when they didn't even pretend to care about this in email and at no point did they offer to send anything
5: Misc
I pointed out the replies slowing down because at first they were rapid, but when I pointed out the damage was more than cosmetic that was when the "help" slowed down and even when they did reply that was when they started ignoring things.
Odd attempt at a brag and false equivalence, bulk reviews mean nothing to the individual, if other people weren't sold damaged goods with missing parts that is good for them, I can only talk from my experience and I stand by what I have said, at best the emails were dismissive and apathetic and at worst incompetent, but if you want to talk about other reviews I can see this is not the first time they have devolved into throwing a childish tantrum at a paying customer and spent more time concocting lie laced replies than was ever spent providing "help"
"not how you treat a business". A paying customer paid for 3 "new" items, 2 had contents missing, 1 was also damaged. Emails about this were openly dismissive, blatantly ignored most of the problems, the remaining one was simply blamed on others, but somehow you are a victim here? somehow it is wrong for me to share my experience in a justifiably negative review, as you remain combative even now, odd to brag about reviews when evidently you think they should only be allowed when they praise you

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service.
I wanted a specific Revision level of a GPU, so they physically checked the stock for me. Unfortunately, the wrong revision was sent BUT, one email resulted in a shipping label to send it back and the replacement (correct Rev level) arrived at lightning speed.
I've always found that you can judge a company by how they handle mistakes - Orbit were absolutely brilliant.
This was my first time ordering from them, but I'll be going to them first for any kit I that need from now on.
