Ben setup our new home computer in our home and setup the computer with a printer, Office 365 and security package.

Ben showed us how the machine worked and how to access everything on the machine.

They repaired my laptop and then, when I found another issue that they hadn't noticed, I gave it back to them and they fixed the second issue free of charge. Excellent service.

My laptop developed a serious hinge problem, so I contacted Will for help. He responded quickly, explained the repair process clearly, and ordered the parts straight away. Once everything arrived, the repair was completed in just one day, which meant very little disruption to my work.

Since the laptop is around seven years old, I was worried it might not be worth repairing, but the whole experience was straightforward and reassuring. I was kept informed at every stage, and the pricing was explained clearly before any work was carried out. Excellent service from start to finish, and I'd happily recommend Will to anyone needing laptop repairs.

Appointment with Ben confirmed for today at 4pm. I messaged him at 4.30 and he replied that he was running late. It's now 6.30 and still nothing. Very disappointing, would not recommend

I’ve already mentioned my issues about this company previously — this review is for their terrible customer service, failing to accept literally any accountability whatsoever. Scam of a company. Also do not use their little forum they say to use before writing a review, they do not reply

Kent area - avoid!! Never even got my laptop back, I gave up waiting and bought a new one.

Gareth arrived on time as arranged and quickly set about installing my printer. Not only did he achieve this in a slick professional manner but made good all the errors and poo traps I had fallen into in my attempts in install it. He then, tested it and asked if he could help with anything else. I wouldn't look any where else for help with my computer in future.

We had our PC repaired here after a motherboard fault, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Collection and delivery were free and well organised, and Tom kept us updated throughout the process.

The price quoted was fair and there were no surprises along the way. The computer now works and looks brilliant. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing a reliable, honest repair service!
