Faulty PC

The PC I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive. I started facing issues as soon as I got it, since I couldn't update Windows and the headset was not being recognised. I sent them a message and support responded to send pictures. I sent the pictures but got no response for a week. Today I turned on my PC and it would not recognize my mouse or keyboard, unable to use it completely. I am devastated. I opened a request on eBay to get a refund today. Please do not buy from this company, it seems like a scam.

^ report to action fraud an they will group it 😌

Sent me a dodgy broken gaming pc with very old components and went dead on day 2 of having it not even got to game or anything on it just won’t power on no sign of life.

This is where it gets interesting they acted like they was going to help by messaging back one time then 39+ messages been sent all gone ignored after asking them to give me a return label or where does it go etc so it’s logged I had to go to action fraud an reported to police have a crime reference and screenshot everything and toke videos an photos of the pc that’s fit for a bin. I paid £350 for what? A peice of junk since they want to ignore me this review will stand.

Also like to point out there email on there website is bogus, there what’s app number is bogus they don’t respond to contact forms they don’t respond to eBay messages and they don’t respond to company phone number I have left 12 voicemails to sort this issue out if this scamming scum want this review removed you can now go through hoops to contact me I also have disputed a chargeback as I been scammed under faulty goods act.

Do not and I repeat do not order anything from these scum.
