Interesting hardware, good prices, good delivery, good cs

Interesting hardware, good prices, good delivery, good customer support

I purchased some storage devices from compuwyze. One drive had a fault (or possible incompatibility) but was immediately replaced with 24 hour delivery. Packaging on items was excellent - antistatic bags per item and TONS of bubblewrap round each item, sturdy box.

Customer service were polite, replied quickly, and seemed keen to ensure I got what I paid for and make sure I was happy. You don't see that kind of good attitude so much nowadays in this age of AI customer service bots...

I think the company operate an ebay store, I found their company site by googling, the prices seem a bit better on the website.

(This review is NOT solicited or incentivized, I'm just very happy with their service and wanted to recognise they made a great effort - see my other reviews for example).

I'd certainly be happy to buy from them again in future.
