Service stopped working 3 months before…

Service stopped working 3 months before renewal. After numerous attempts to open tickets just to have them closed without even a reply I give up. They are scam artists and thieves. When it did work it was terrible. Constant buffering and freezing.

Stay away from this app

Stay away from this app. Was slow and kinky (never stable). I always had to reboot my router and firestick to get it to work properly. Since last few months they are down cold and no explanation. I'm done with this app.

Worst than ever !

It seems to be the end for this IPTV provider. I have been a member for 3 years. The first two years were okay but for the last 3 months, it's been a mess. Don't start a membership with them. Too risky

Stay away!

Stay away!
A waste of time and money.
Never seems to work.
Have tried using both Android and Firestick with the same result.
Often a week or more without service.
Numerous service tickets opened but they are closed without a resolution.

Stay away from these crooks

Wish I had read these reviews before subscribing with these shoddy people - when I was on the trial (which worked fine, my questions where more technical), responses were quick…but once they got my annual subscription, I have been on STB is blocked for days now, opened multiple tickets but seems like their customer service people are all dead 🤷🏽‍♂️ - dead silence.

Well, it does look like money down the drain - wish there was a way to broadcast to the world for people to stay away from these crooks

2 weeks down in October now again…

2 weeks down in October, now again service unavailable since nov 3rd.
I open a technical service ticket 2
days ago.. no answer from their side, they used to reply quickly
Had IPTV for some time now but seems like the service provided is deteriorating drastically.

Worst iptv provider I have used

Worst iptv provider I have used. System has been down for 2 weeks, contacted them via email and also through their ticket contact system. I received a response after 4 days asking me to bare with them as they were having server problems but would be resolved in 24hrs & would add 1 weeks service free of charge to my contract.Their next response was to close my ticket complaint and guess what? Still no service.

The update was the end of the story.

We used Comstar for three and a half years. It was not perfect, but certainly four stars. You could set up channels as you saw fit through their website. Creating personal playlists was not difficult. The help desk was good. Then came the improvement. One was going to carry only channels of the highest quality. It used to be possible to switch back to an HD or standard quality channel if a 4K channel did not work one time. No longer possible. Also selecting the (groups) of channels did not work. At my request, the helpdesk set things up. When switching from one channel to another a waiting time of 20 seconds was normal. More often I received messages that a channel was not available. In the morning in Europe it wasn't too bad, in the evening it was a disaster. My contract is still three months away. Am not going to renew it. Switched to another provider who does an excellent job.

I have buffering all the time

I have buffering all the time. Now I have no channels at all. I told them about it and they have not done anything about it. I requested a refund
and they said they don't give refunds. I don't recommend this service at all.

People MUST AVOID THIS TRAP!!!

Once you pay, NOBODY FROM THE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES ANYTHING TO REPAIR THOSANDS OF CHANNELS THAT DO NOT WORK!!!!
As a response, you get empty messages like; we reported to our provider. We have no time frame for repair!! Or, no answer at all.

This is the most miserable support ever…

This is the most miserable support ever envisioned.
Most of the channels listed do not work.
Tickets opened to correct the problem are never resolved!!!!!
I am waiting for 3 weeks now, and NOT ONE CHANNEL IS REPAIRED!!!!!
I hope such fraudulent groups close shop and let serioucsbusinesess provide service.

ABSOLUTE WORST IPTV provider

ABSOLUTE WORST iptv provider. SIgned up 1 year services, July 2022-23, constant buffering & freezing issues. No correction responses, Then US HBO HD channel started broadcasting in Russian language, multiple ticket complaints, no Support updates on this. THEN, US HISTORY HD Channel started broadcasting CINEMAX. Then, Comstar Support stated they were installing NEW SERVER ( March 2023) & suscribers would get 1 FREE Month, for your service shut down woes BUT you could also REQUEST A REFUND. If REFUND REQUESTED- they totally ignored you, " New Server" failed BEWARE- COMSTAR.TV is a total FRAUD!

You are repeating yourself (see Ticket ID: #257952 received on Mon 03/apr/2023 6:51) same problem question, no result/solution.
take the money and run policy

You are unable to provide a solution, your service stinks, our subscription expires on 09/04/2023,
for us, your "non-existing service" is no longer necessary, we will find a "working" TV app.
