Absolutely unacceptable service. If you are prepared to repeat instructions multiple times and still have the work completed incorrectly — only to then pay someone else to fix it — this is the experience you can expect.

Their response times are poor, and their hosting fees are 3 times that of anyone else. There is no word in the english dictionary to desribe their communication style, and there is no reliable phone number or clear contact information available on their website.

Stay the hell away from them. Based on my experience, the service is absolutely trash.

We hired ComX Technologies (through consultant Suzy Gilbert) to develop a symbolic, custom-designed website for our social enterprise. After paying a $500 deposit, we provided a full structure map, visual guides, color palette, and detailed content.

Unfortunately, the process quickly felt disconnected. Communication was inconsistent, implementation was minimal, and our materials were ignored. The result was a generic WordPress template with copy-pasted content that didn’t reflect our vision at all.

We suspect the design process may be outsourced to third parties, as there was no personalized development, no real-time collaboration, and no sense of ownership in the design.

Despite multiple emails over a month, the site remained largely unchanged. We were forced to stop the project and rebuild with another team.

We do not recommend this service for anyone seeking creative or intentional design work.

had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. The website development process was a nightmare—full of mistakes, delays, and a complete waste of time. Even after all the hassle, when I asked for my website data files, they refused to provide them unless I paid more money. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Avoid them if you value your time and money.

Steer clear of ComXDesign! - If I could give less than 1 star I would. Very slick sales pitch by Dan which initially got me over the line and I foolishly paid a 50% deposit. Then it all went downhill from there. Didn't answer their phones, even the two QLD business phone numbers kept ringing out. A legitimate business would either answer their phone or have a recorded message. Their business street address is actually a block of units. Their PayPal ID is linked to a company in India, which I suspect is where they're actually calling/operating from with a fake Australian business website. Fortunately, I disputed the transaction with PayPal and got my deposit back.

What a Terrible and time consuming expeince I have had with this fake webesign company ComX design customer service is abysmal.They never answer there phone over 5 weeks when they did make lame excuses promised my 5 email addresses and delivered none web site has failed with bad SSL certificate.I have no web site running now they won't answer and stole my money.They're Indians who have vey poor english and hard to understand.Phil is not his eal name because they don't use there real names for scam and criminal puposes.Phil is rude and lies about the wok they done.Threaten me and closed my website down.Jennife which is not he real name can't speak english properly neve completed the job.Made excuses fo her incompetency and failue to complete the job an blame me for her inabilities to finish the job.They took my money an refused to refund my money.All businesses beware this ConX Design is an Indian scam company who takes your money an then rearly answers their phone an claims to be base in Sydney.Do not use them to design your website
