No support - not backing their warranty
I purchased an expensive sauna on amazon.fr for almost 2,000 euros and it stoped working after just 2 months (well within the 2-year warranty), and Concept Usine stopped responding.
I sent photos, I took a video and sent the youtube video URL (amazon blocks it so I had to send it in parts), they even responded after that once, so they must have received it, there statement here is 100% false.
They said they are waiting for my order number, but I supplied it here on Trustpilot, I have messaged them through Amazon, Amazon has messaged them, I have sent them direct emails and I have emailed them multiple times now, so I am not sure why they say this. They have done nothing. I will update with order details since they responded.

Outdoor furniture cheap plastic and burns in the sun!
We spent 2K on the largest terrace set with 16/18 places for our rooftop. Within one year, the table top and the sides of the rattan/plastic had completely melted. The table was replace and within 3 months, the new tabletop melted and most of the other pieces. It has taken almost 6 months of mailing back and forth to get a replacement - which has been sent incomplete and the wrong pieces. We have given up and will go elsewhere - and you should to!! Do not order here. The products are cheap and not able to stand the sun!!

I ordered a wardrobe on June 13th. It arrived one week late, with broken mirror panels and damaged wooden parts (see photos).
The packaging was poor: the mirror was placed at the bottom of the box, without proper protection.
I’ve been trying to get a response from customer service for over a week, but all I get are repetitive and useless emails. They keep asking for the same photos, but never offer any real solution.
To make things worse, none of the phone numbers available online work, and there is no way to speak to a real person. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.
Avoid if you expect any kind of proper after-sales support.
Update – June 24th:
After posting this review, I was contacted by the company, who informed me that a replacement shipment is being prepared. I appreciate the follow-up, although it’s important to note that this response only came after several days of emails without any concrete solution.
I truly hope to receive the new delivery within the next few days. If everything goes smoothly, I’ll consider updating this review accordingly.

On all steps of the way they did wrong, the transport, the packaging, the timetable, product quality and missing parts still they are hesitant to be helpful. Very very poor service. Don’t buy here!

Avoid!!! Item sold through maison du monde
Order a sofa on maisons du monde sold by concept-usine. The delivery was due on 1 Aug. After waiting all day no sign of our sofa. Not phone call or SMS to tell us when is going to be redelivered. Customer services are a joke they don't give you a proper answer. I want my money back but I have been told that I need to reject the sofa when it gets delivered. But I have not been told when it will be delivered. So they can keep my money till they want. I am going to have to make a claim throught my credit card. Avoid at all cost.

Scam company and terrible customer service!
Ordered a table, I was sent a much smaller table. (I do not want). When I emailed about the issue I was told it was the correct one. I had to highlight the dimensions from the website to them. Shocking!! I was offered a 30 euros refund for their mistake!
I still have no resolution or answer from this company & have been chasing for over 3 weeks!

Worst Experience ever
Worst Experience ever. I order something via Masons Du Monde, and they use this crazy company to ship my goods. They ship the wrong item, they dont want to pick it up and send the correct one. Annie from customer services is not helpful at all, i ask her to tell me when they can pick it up but she does not tell me,she told me to ask neighbour to come to my house to wait for the pick up to come, are you joking me??? I asked to change date from one to another she said no we cant change dates. they make mistakes and then they refuse to solve it, worst company ever!!!!!!!

Having hestitated slightly to order from Concept Usine , having read the previous sometimes negative experiences.. I can only say that now - their service is excellent. I can only assume
that they have upgraded their system, as I was kept informed from beginning to end by email & phone . In addition , on their website you can very easily check what stage your order is at. BRAVO . A suggestion for Concept Usine is to remove the phrase " "Expedition of your order within 48 hours " as people can think that they will have delivery within 48 hours - which by any means would be very difficult to achieve for their products ! " Fast delivery " would be more appropriate..

Unable to fulfil my order, refunded!
I ordered a garden table & chairs in August, expecting the 48 - 72 hour dispatch advertised. After chasing up several times over the course of the month, i was told via email that the item would not be available until January. I also received a phone call from Concept Usine to inform me. I requested that my order be cancelled and i have been refunded in full. Having read the reviews of other peoples bad experiences, i am just relieved to have my money back. Every time i emailed or called customer Service, i received a quick (ish) response, so my experience was not as bad as some of the reviews.

Very bad sav
Very bad sav. My Cesar parasol broke after only a few days. 16 days later I am still awaiting a solution either replacement or reimbursement. Customer services only communicate when prompted and are not proactive with updates.
