My design did not get what a pitch deck is supposed to be. Every page had a different format, things were hard to read, etc. Wasn't able to use any of it.

ConceptDrop made my job easier, because I didn’t have to waste any time worrying about the design of my project. As a small business owner, I am responsible for wearing a myriad of different hats. Their service allowed me to offload tasks that fall outside of my area of expertise, so that I could focus on other core areas of my business. In the past I have wasted so much time worrying about formatting, fonts, spacing, and creating an overall cohesive and branded look. By matching me with a design professional, I knew I could trust them to get the job done in a timely and affordable manner! And boy did they deliver! As a startup, we worked with ConceptDrop a couple years ago to develop a design for a new investor deck to raise capital. They took what we had been using to a whole new level...we went from good to excellent. Very clean design, memorable graphics and consistency with our branding/style guide. Also note that we frequently received complements on our deck design and ended up being very successful in our fundraising efforts. We continue to use this service ourselves and highly recommend ConceptDrop to others .

Very easy to navigate / user friendly portal to describe project/what needs to be done. Both Matt from Concept Drop and the Designer, Giovanna, reached out to me before the end of the day to touch base on my project. I had the first draft of the project in my hands well before the 'promised' deadline and it was beautiful! I had some edits / design ideas and Giovanna had them back to me very quickly. I am so impressed with the work as well as the service as a whole. I would recommend it to anyone in need of high quality work.

We had a positive experience working with our ConceptDrop matched designer. The designer was very responsive and open to our input and edit requests. We would use ConceptDrop again for our future design needs.

ConceptDrop turned our deck around during Thanksgiving break while saving me the hassle of having to source a designer myself and negotiate rates. Their designer was top notch. She didn't try to fit our content into a standard template or her preferred design sensibility. Instead she worked with us to make our presentation much more polished while retaining the necessary detail and complexity we needed. Their client team kept in touch throughout including their executive leadership who checked in to make sure nothing fell between the cracks and I was satisfied with the result.
