Concept supported us to conceive both our beautiful children. The team at concept could not be more supportive, it certainly is a special part of our journey to become a family. I always felt people had time to answer all the questions we had and completely empowered to make our own decisions.

I started my journey back in March 2023 and have been lucky enough to have a successful frozen transfer on my first go! Dr Onur was absolutely fantastic and was so reassuring towards me and my husband. We had a few hurdles in the way (not the clinics fault at all) and each time the clinic was reassuring and ensured they maintained contact with me. We travelled from quite far to go to this clinic due to having high BMI and not being accepted by NHS where apparently there was no issues however Dr Onur found during the first ever appointment I had PCOS and was so empathetic towards me.
I am forever grateful for my experience at Concept and with more eggs in the freezer I can’t wait to start my second journey (when baby is abit older) Thankyou for everything you have done for me and my family!

We had an exceptional experience with the wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable team at Concept. Everything felt so personal and stress free. We were not eligible for NHS treatment for secondary infertility. The team at Concept were completely comforting about having a slightly raised BMI which to them was never an issue, and quickly identified the main problem factor as PCOS and suggested a custom treatment plan accordingly. We were amazed with success on our first FET and have been so blessed to grow our family with their expertise. We can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to absolutely everyone.

I've visited this clinic as an observer and had fantastic experience. Staff working here is so caring and lovely. Totally patient friendly environment.

We have previously had a consultation at another clinic in London it was bad in receiving, waste of money & time.

Though my first cycle is not successful, still the team has given a good support and confidence especially from Dr.Onur who helped us through investigations and to choose a right treatment plan.

We are lucky that our transfer was successful this time and we are now holding our beautiful little boy in our arms who was born on 07th March and embryos in the freezer with a hope to give him sibling in future.

Definitely recommended to the people who is suffering with BMI, PCOS or High Blood pressure.

My partner and I are still in the middle of our journey with Concept Fertility. While we are still in early days, one provider that has been truly beneficial is Professor Helen Mason.

After years of suspecting PCOS, I was diagnosed with it at Concept Fertility. When you first get diagnosed with PCOS, there is so much information out there and it is hard to determine what is good information and what is not. To ensure I had support, my doctor highly suggested I meet with Professor Mason for a PCOS consult.

I'm so glad I went to meet with Professor Mason. Professor Mason is the perfect mix of compassionate and up to date on the research. She helped me find tools which I find helpful for managing this new diagnosis. I really appreciated that she gave me this information in a way which led me to feel empowered. Professor Mason was quick to point out the strengths in what I was already doing while giving feedback on areas where I might be able to see improvement that could lead to better results in fertility treatment.

I am appreciative of the consult which I had and would highly recommend it.

Where to start, words cannot begin to describe how thankful my husband and I are for all the Concept team.

After 2 years of being told by doctors that my weight was the issue, we came to Concept, and from then my weight was never blamed again. For the first time we felt truly heard and supported. The team helped us through investigations and to choose a treatment plan. The care we received during our round of IVF was incredible and we felt very safe throughout.

We were extremely lucky that our first transfer was a success and we are now holding our beautiful little boy in our arms and embryos in the freezer to hopefully give him sibblings one day!

As someone with an increased BMI, Concept Fertility became my safe haven in our journey to becoming parents.
Throughout our time with Concept my BMI was not a point of discussion, in fact it was refreshing to be treated as an individual rather than judged on an arbitrary figure.

We are now the proud parents of our baby boy, with his potential future siblings lodging in Concept’s freezer!
This has given us the piece of mind that the future of our family is as secure as we can hope to it to be.

Concept Fertility helped us make a beautiful baby boy. The staff are lovely, the doctors were great, as were the sonographers, embryologists and nurses. I felt very welcome there and got friendly with most of the team during my treatment there, making the whole process less stressful than it might have been.

As I started my private clinic IVF journey I was worried that I would be being rinsed for money (having heard of the expense from friends). After what felt like some initial pricey tests, the actual IVF and transplant fees were very reasonable. When we compared experiences with a couple going through similar treatment, Concept came to about half of the price of their treatment elsewhere.

We really can't thank the Concept team enough. We were so well looked after from start to finish.

We conceived our son in February with the help of Concept and he was born in October. We had used another fertility clinic to conceive our older two children but had subsequently moved and found that Concept was a more personal experience than the other clinic. Our case wasn’t hugely complicated but we did need assistance to get pregnant. I felt the team at Concept were positive but realistic about our chances. I have already recommended them to a friend who was struggling to conceive.

Attention to detail, the medical team incl doctors, nursing team, bloods, ops team were excellent

After having failed IVF at another hospital and then many tests and medication at another clinic after that, a friend recommended Concept. She had had an excellent experience and conceived her son there, so we thought we would try one last place.
From our first zoom call with Dr Onur we knew this clinic would be different. He made us feel at ease straight away and gave us great advice. From then on every appointment I had was the same. Everybody from the receptionists to the doctors, nurses and embryologists were amazing! They always gave us the right advice, are kind, caring and just very genuine. Other places made me feel like just another number and pound signs. At concept you are always welcomed with a smile and everybody knows your name and actually speaks to you.
We had a failed frozen cycle but luckily had some more embryos in the freezer! I was gutted when it didn't work but Dr Kamal gave me some very good advice and reassured me to have a break and come back again. I wanted to go again straight away but I listened to his advice and I'm glad I did as it resulted in my beautiful baby girl who is now 3 months old and happy and healthy.
There is so much more I can say about Concept. Its very clean, they always give you a detailed chat at the end of each scan and when they discuss results with you, which is brilliant as I didn't really experience that anywhere else.

I would personally like to thank Dr Kamal, Dr Harleen and Dr Onur for everything they do. Also Oriol who always has a smile and also gave us some good advice and looked after our frozen embryos. Emily, Rachel, Marian and Mary were absolutely brilliant and were who I would see most often. They were also there when I needed advice over the phone. They do their job brilliantly and with so much compassion. Joanna on reception was always so happy, polite and helpful, thank you!

We are forever grateful to concept and all of the staff there and would 100% recommend them.

The care and professionalism with which we were treated was incredible in a time of huge distress. Dr Onur and the whole team at Concept are so kind and made us feel confident and reassured that they were doing the very best for us. We are so grateful for the beautiful baby boy we now have in our lives. We would recommend them very highly to anybody going through fertility difficulties.

We underwent a frozen IVF cycle and 2 FET with CFC, and the whole experience was really good from the first appointment, to our second 6 wk scan. We felt informed and kept in the loop, no ask was too much, As someone with a higher bmi and PCOS, I was never made to feel bad about my weight like I had at other clinics, and the interaction with various staff members made you feel like more than just a number. Special mention to Dr Onur who was amazing during the highs and lows of our treatment.

We now have our beautiful baby boy thanks to them and a number of embryos stored for the future when we are ready again.

I can not recommend concept fertility enough. I started off really nervous, however all the staff at concept reassured me and put my mind at ease. Concept fertility gave me very good advice and started me on treatment as soon as all tests had been done. All the staff are so friendly and we’re able to book me in very quickly whenever I needed an appointment. I had been trying for a second child for 5 years with no luck, however I had 2 rounds of ovulation induction and I conceived. I am so great full to everyone at concept as I now have a healthy Baby Boy of 4 months. Thankyou all so much.

I underwent IVF with concept in 2021. The process for me felt very clinical initially I was seen by Kamal who was pleasant enough and later Dr Onour who was very personable and friendly so I requested to be seen by him for the rest of the time. I have PCOS and high risk for hyperstimulation. Prior to egg collection I was in quite a bit of pain but was reassured that there was no hyperstimulation, on collection day 33 eggs were collected, my ovaries were severely swollen, and I was unable to continue with the cycle. I was advised that I would now need to have a frozen egg transfer (fet) once I had healed.
Roughly 8 weeks later I started treatment for FET and took the progesterone pessaries as prescribed (3x daily). I was blood tested and told later that the progesterone levels were low and only then was I given advice on better ways to stop the pessaries from 'melting away'. I was given injectables as well as pessaries after that. I was not tested again prior to transfer, when asked I was told not to worry. Needless to say, the process didn't work, I was informed by phone call during the middle of my work day that there was no pregnancy and that the transfer had failed. I've heard nothing from anyone at concept ever since. No follow up, no investigation...nothing.
I have however received letters asking for money to pay storage fees.
My expectation far outweighed the reality, there was no care from their side, I absolutely felt like just another number. Some of the reception staff were seriously unpleasant, I remember one of the receptionists would even greet you at the door, 1st word were always 'do you have an appointment', no good morning/afternoon/goodbye. It became a running joke with my husband and I as she was always so unnecessarily rude to customers.
My opinion...stay away. I not many have had positive experiences , sadly I'm not one of them.

Me and my wife would like to thank Dr Onur Basegmez and the team for our little girl. The team was very friendly and Prices was reasonable. Never charged us extra for unnecessary test. Best thing was Dr Onur Basegmez, he was so nice.
