We were recommended to Concept Glazing by our neighbours , who had recently had their windows replaced by them ,and were very happy with their work.
We too are delighted with the entire process , from visualising various designs , through to the complete installation. Jake, Josh and Dan have been a pleasure to have working at our home.Polite,meticulous and have undertaken the work as planned and to our complete satisfaction. Concept Glazing made ordering replacement windows for our period flat very straightforward. They were able to replace the old sash windows (c1910) with modern PVC sash windows and quoted a reasonable price for doing this.
The fitters were friendly and competent and the job was completed within a day and a half. There was no mess and the new windows were almost a perfect match for the old ones.

Jake and his team installed new windows and large French doors as a part of the house renovation but we also asked for new front, whilst doing the works. Quote was received quickly and visualisation has really helped with our decision around design. Installation itself was quick and very tidy. Thank you, team Concept Glazing.

We required replacement of a traditional, large, feature window, which was sadly falling into disrepair due to its age.

We were fearful that the character and authenticity of the window would be lost with a replacement but we are delighted we put our trust in Jake & Concept to design and fit a modern, economic replica.

Jake’s passion for his work reassured us that the original would be done justice, with a professional consultation and design process. Following this a thorough survey was completed giving us the confidence to move forward.

The intricate leaded design was photographed, stencilled and then replicated perfectly.

During the installation phase, Jake, Josh and Dan were careful and respectful of our property and left the place immaculately clean at the end of day 1. Given the size of the project, the planning and practicality of the installation meant that the original was removed and the new window in, all in one day ensuring our warmth and security.

The finish on the product was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The replicated, hand installed lead work and the timer look frame retained the character of the original, but improved the functionality and economic value of the window no end.
