I would give 0 stars if i could! I rented through VRBO with Concierge Realty/Heidi Rustic being the operator of the unit. Soon after renting, my son broke his tibia and had to undergo 2 surgeries. This setback had a domino effect for our plans/ his plans for the entire summer. Heidi acted as if she was concerned and would "try" to rent out for us as a convenience. However, she never placed any effort into renting other than responding to my emails when i would inquire about any progress that was being made. Look @ her reviews before using them!! Do your homework! If she makes right, i will update my review accordingly

Setting up our first vacation since the pandemic began was a great experience with Concierge Realty. All e-mails were answered right away and questions we had after booking were answered or directed to the appropriate person. Would highly recommend booking with concierge realty for your next vacation.

We stayed at the Lagoon Tower at Hilton Village. Best location in Hawaii!! Beautiful views inside and out of the Tower. Gorgeous pools and five star service. They have all the amenities there for you. If you want a bite to eat everything is within a few minutes away. We watched the luau right outside in our balcony. Michele Gill along with Concierge Realty were the best in helping us plan our stay. Michele was the best and made sure that I had the most spectacular view for my 40th bday & kids first visit to Hawaii. I love how private the Lagoon entry to our rooms through the elevators are. You need to swipe your card before entering the elevator. Gives you the Penthouse feel. We plan on always booking our visits with them. If you want the most memorable vacation look no further!! My experience with Joanne Hamlet is what brought me back again. The agent I worked with was also very good but unfortunately is no longer with your company. Joanne's demeanor and followup expertise makes all the difference in the world in real estate. Coming from a real estate background and selling over 100 units a year, I would love to have her on my team.
