I would like to kindly enclose positive feedback on my experience with Andrew Patino please.
I write this email mainly because I feel that employees in most organisations are only told when things have not gone well. As a HR professional, this frustrates me.
I am a new tenant. Andrew has been my main point of contact since the start of my inquiry into the flat that I currently occupy. Andrew supported and facilitated my move with excellence. Andrew was flexible to my needs and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my journey was smooth.

Ibraheim - Wonderful and professional Concierge service.
Since moving into our apartment I have to say me and my husband were very well greeted with such politeness and an extremely professional service by Ibraheim. He always responded to any requests when we wasn't sure when first moving into the property for eg, car parking, the rubbish bins location the local are,a where to have keys cut. We very much liked the service he provided to us just what you need when moving into a new home.
Ibraheim continued to provide this professional service and represents BGRS very well indeed. I'm sure he'll always be of help in future anywhere he works.
