Its awesome to be able to have something from the concorde, one of the best planes in the world. It took a little long but I was able to get tracking updates and it was super simple to order. I will probably get something from here again.

Whilst the site is easy enough to navigate and with nice memorabilia, after buying an item I didn't receive any email confirmation of my purchase. I was on the point of contacting my bank to stop the transaction when an email from Royal Mail arrived saying the item was on its way.

The article I bought was in good condition and VFM. It also arrived fairly quickly. However, despite two emails I sent requesting info about delivery and courier, i
I received no acknowledgement nor reply.

Item arrived, in good condition as expected. Delivery was quite slow and difficult to get a confirmation that my order was being processed.

I believe that the premise of Concorde Collectibles is amazing for enthusiasts such as Myself and also that I actually received the item but the difficulty of reaching Concorde Collectibles to discuss delivery Information was incredibly difficult at the time of me writing this review. I have not received any further reply to any of my messages which are coming to about three weeks old. Not to mention the order didn’t even come with all the stuff ! I’m 16 so this was pretty disappointing for me.

I made my purchase back in December and I receive my items recently. Major issues were with Brexit and customs checks that took more than 6 weeks.
I am extremely happy of the quality of the items and everything is as described.
I would highlight that I would have preferred the vendor to get in touch with me sooner and receive more info after purchasing the items, the delays were no problem but since I haven't heard anything for a month I started to panic

Recieved a confirmation window when I made my order, however since then I have recieved nothing no updates , no dispatching info. Wehn you try and call the number on their website it goes straight to voicemail. I have try to contact via email and no reply as well as there online form.

I can see the piece I ordered is still showing as for sale however the money has been taken from my account.

This was a 30th birthday gift and has been ruined, so disappointed 100% a scam.

Order was great. Sam was really helpful to work with and he made sure that my order came. The original order actually got lost by a carrier, but Sam did everything he could to ensure I got what I needed. Great service, great help and will be ordering again as I love the Concorde.

Great products a little problem with verifying what was in stock but the company was willing to work with me and offered solutions which I appreciated. One of a kind product came well packed. Even gave a discount for the mixup a real sign of good customer service
