5 out of 9 tubs arrived damaged with concrete spilling out into the boxes. However, these were replaced free of charge no quibbles. Great service. Product is excellent, flows really well into mould.

Love the product. We did 3 wortops on our home renovation and I love the way they've come out. Could be clearer with the instructions, and send also inststructions with the products. Not made to clear about which fibers to put into the top coat for instance. But I got there in the end and we love it!

I was producing a project that related to brutalist buildings and wanted to make some concrete items that would give someone the feel of concrete. I intended to make a book cover and a box file. Having searched the net, there was only one company who seemed to have the right product for home use, the patience to answer my questions and a set of brilliant YouTube teaching videos and that was Concrete Lab. I followed the advice to the letter and my results speak for themselves. It might not be a kitchen worktop, but you can definitely use this product for craft projects!

The whole team is super friendly, willing to explain and re-explain till you fully get it and they have fantastic easy to follow youtube links showing you how to use their amazing products! Concrete Lab provided Hubby and I with a fantastic after work activity across about 3 weeks which was much easier than first anticipated. We made up a concrete outdoor dining set which looks like a grand design feature minus the price. Would totally do it again and use Concrete Lab's products.
