Buyer beware. The sink arrived with imperfections and pock marks. The drain hole doesn't align. My plumber had to reject the faucet, rough in, and bottle trap because they wouldn't fit in a standard wall and setup. After paying myself to ship and return the faucet, my return was "lost" in Concretti's warehouse for two weeks until after I reported my UPS claim was denied. Then, my return was suddenly "found" with damage and missing pieces that resulted in a fraction of a refund.

Unreliable company, refuses inspection, misrepresents products, causes project delays.
The sink I ordered looks nothing like advertised. Customer service is nonexistent—total nightmare. I ignored a friend’s warning because I loved the design on their website, and now I’m experiencing her nightmare too. Many similar negative reviews exist on Yelp.

They rely on a disclaimer claiming each product is unique, and air pockets or slight color/texture variations are normal. After requesting photos for three days, I received images showing the product was completely different, so I stopped the shipment. When I asked for a live video inspection, they refused and repeatedly threatened a 30% restocking fee. They even offered to replace the item but insisted the fee still applied.

Avoid this company at all costs.
