Stay away from Condeco

Would not recommend this company.

We signed for Condeco room desk booking thru the Paris office in 2021.

We had many issues during implementation and even more after go live. We’ve being using the systems for almost a year now. It is way too much buggy. It negatively impacts a lot of our end users’ and our support team’s time in fixing issues.

Condeco Support is not helping much. We have open tickets without fixed. Condeco sales team is ignoring us. We don’t have any account manager.

Contract term is two years and 120% more expensive than its competitors.

My advise is to stay away from this company until they fix their internal processes and their system bugs. It seems they implement new features without testing them.
