2 Wheel Rebuilds.I was able to consult directly with the wheelbuilder and explain exactly what I wanted.They were keen to offer value for money and the wheels were shipped to my address promptly after building.

I ordered a rear wheel from Condor Cyles for my elderly Brompton bicycle as no one else had one in stock. They dispatched it at once - in fact so speedily that when I realised about an hour later that I had made a small mistake in the delivery address, it was already on it's way! It arrived safely and I got my bicycle back much sooner than I had anticipated.

I’ve shopped with Condor for several years now. When I review a Cycle store there are 2 pending questions. Reliability and trust worthiness. Condor has it in spades. They always have what I need in stock. Competitively priced and swift delivery.

Bit of a complicated one this. Checked to make sure if I ordered a Kickr2 trainer, the cassette could be replaced for one free-issued by me. Told that would be fine. On ordering the trainer, left a note in box for notes, saying not to send straight away, only when replacement cassete was fitted. One hour after placing the order, got a message to say trainer had been shipped. By that time, the cassette was on its way to Condor. Greg Needham was very helpful, in making sure when the Cassete arrived with them it was sent directly to me, so in effect there was no difference in the expected delivery, just had to fit the cassette myself. Obviously something went wrong with the notation system either by me or a software glich. Very good service though so very happy with the end result.

Your delivery service is extremely slow (it took 11 days to deliver) and the product is not what I expected. After mounting it on my Brompton T-Line, it just fell off after first ride while folding my bike - the screws are too short, there isn't much grip to the bike. After that experience I do not trust to use it again and it just sits on my table - I love my phone more.
