Misleading “100% digital” claim – lost my money
I bought the 2-day Conetpass in Milan because it was advertised as “100% digital.” Unfortunately, it did not work at all.
Instead of being able to use the pass digitally, I had to walk halfway across the city to physically collect it from a machine. When I finally arrived, the machine was out of order.
In the end, I could not use the pass and lost my money. Very frustrating experience, especially because the product is advertised as fully digital. I would not recommend it.

Scam
Scam. I booked online, but I had to pick up the card at a kiosk. I went to the kiosk address, it was closed, and the card dispenser was empty and wouldn't dispense anything. I tried contacting CONET but couldn't get through.
