A group of volunteers had to plan an offsite for 330 people, on very short notice. Conference Desk not only managed to find us an option that could accommodate us all, but it also turned out to be a fantastic venue. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process, checking in along the way to see if any further assistance was required. The offsite has been rated as the best the company has had, which was to a large degree due to finding the right venue.
We will definitely consider using Conference Desk again in the future!

I came across the service by accident (Google) and I am very happy I did! Eleanor made the whole process so easy, and saved me hours of time having to contact individual hotels for my business meeting. Eleanor found lots of options for me, and is very thorough, quick to respond, friendly and professional. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Eleanor has been such a great help in assisting with finding suitable accommodation and also team building activities for a group of approximately 40 people in Lisbon, Portugal. Every year we organize our Glice Summit, inviting all our worldwide Partners to some part of the world. Back in 2023 we went to Cascais, Portugal and needed a venue for about 100 people.
