I am still waiting for a back pack over 3 months and every time I email and told them how bad there company is and got in touch with action fraud they still say the same thing that they will keep tracking it and I have repeated about getting a Refund!!!! Don’t worry hopefully you will get closed Down!! AVOID AT ALL COST SCAM SCAM WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to give this company less than 1 star. The bras I have received are much too big and made from a flimsy material. Definitely not as advertised. Shouldn't be an issues though as they offer a money back guarantee! Wrong!! You can't return anything and if you are lucky they will offer you £6. Tried to claim my money back through PayPal, but they were not very helpful either. Apart from suggestung that I report this company to Action Fraud. That tells you something, doesn't it....

Just don’t bother, there is no cup, just a flat piece of material. The fabric is poor quality and will not hold large breasts. Customer Service for refund is a joke! They offered a refund of £2. Knew it was too good to be true but the marketing is convincing. DONT BE FOOLED

I ordered the right size bra pack but when it arrived it was ill fitting and i wanted to return it. Iwas told i couldn't have a refund. They offered £3 back and keep the item. An item that was unwearable.
When i pointed out their returns policy they then doubled the offer.
Asked again for a refund and got fobbed of again.
Should rename the company unconfident-journey.
Wish there was a zero star to bestow on this company, don't fall into the trap of thinking the journey is going to be confident its just crap.

I have reluctantly given 1 star as like everyone else I cannot give zero. I waited 4 weeks for delivery and so disappointed with the quality. They advertise as super firming and there is no support in them whatsoever. I have received the same problem as everyone else when complaining and wanting to send goods back but they seem very reluctant on giving refunds. We have already paid £5.99 postage to receive the goods and felt sure it said free returns. Wish I looked at these comments before ordering.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Awful company. Took over a month to arrive. Bras far too small. FF cup was more like an A cup. Very flimsy, thin and no support. Have asked for a refund and they said it will cost over £30 for me to post back to China and said they will refund me £2. I have refused and said I want at least £10 back.

Its been 4 weeks & still no bras but by the sounds of all these reviews im not too sure I want to receive them. Wish I'd checked here before ordering.

They refused to refund or even trace my purchase when I reported that it wasn't delivered. And advised that I contact the company in china which is impossible!! So they have taken my payment and washed their hands of anything else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Constantly spamming me with delivery updates when I received the item weeks ago. Customer support is useless and don't understand what I'm telling them

Do not buy from this company as if you want to return your purchase they say it is too expensive for you and offer you less than a quarter of the cost for you to keep the item. Rip off.

Only because I can't give it a Zero. Usually for me I made an impulse buy of these bras. Same experience as everyone else. Bras do not fit. Paid £19.99 for crap.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THE BRAS ARE HORRIBLE QUALITY AND THEY DO NOT FIT! I had a day long email argument with them trying to get an address to return them for a refund. They refused the address and eventually just ignored me. Luckily I purchased through PayPal and got my refund from them. Be warned! This lot are crooks.

Absolutely shocking ZERO star rating why didn't I read the reviews . Took 1 month to arrive,
such poor quality , beyond flimsy , no super support as advertised, ordered for my size 40dd probably would be ok for a 40a I can't be bothered to try for refund will give to charity shop which I will put note in about sizing, will not be fooled again!

I purchased 3 non wired bras from Facebook - they were being heavily advertised as a ‘revolutionary’ alternative to traditional bras, with women raving about the support, the ‘buttery’ material and the comfort.
Firstly, they took one month to arrive (UK) and were of the poorest quality.
The back size was so large that the bra was completely loose and therefore offered absolutely no support. It could have wrapped around me twice!
The material was flimsy, felt slimy and had way too much stretch, again offering no support at all.
The adverts are clever using plausible looking women to draw you in, the reality however, is that you get what you pay for, and unfortunately I’ve just paid for rubbish!

These are from China so forget trying to return them! They offered me £2 which is an insult.

Do not buy these bras, poor fit and quality and will not refund or exchange, terrible communication also, delivery takes a long time. Waste of money

Didn't check the reviews before I bought. Terrible flimsy material with no support and poorly sized.

This company is just a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Ordered items in July still being lied to.
