Well paced online course with room to…

Well paced online course with room to ask questions. Plenty of strategies given with which to work in order to better understand not only yourself and your view but also the other person and their point of view.
My second course with this company and look forward to others in the future.

Conflict Management training

A three-hour session on conflict management was delivered by Sam with enormous expertise. By engaging his audience so well he demonstrated the subject matter by example.

I thoroughly recommend.

Sam is a fantastic teacher and wonderful actor

Sam was a great teacher, I found him very kind, clear and inclusive to everyone in his teaching. As someone who teaches communication...His own communication skills are fantastic and this entire session was incredibly insightful and eye opening, allowing me and my team to better handle conflicts on the road ahead. :) I feel we as a company have really grown from his involvement and contribution to our values and mission in delivering effective help and customer service.
