Policy purchased in Jan 26. App does not work on phone. Keeps timing out. No one to speak to. Clearly, everyone's having a party somewhere else. Reward chased multiple times, fobbed off by AI and standard response. Terrible. Pls contct me.

I wouldn't trust THIS/these comparison sites anymore. Apparently their "cheapest" quote for my house insurance was £711!! I've got better insurance for £219. AVOID, BUYER BEWARE! A Great Reply from a comparison site, that only sends you comparisons that are expensive, not as you would think, would be compatible to average prices or even good quotes, I still say, DO NOT TRUST THESE COMPARISON SITES, THEY NO LONGER SEND YOU COMPARISON PRICES THAT ARE COMPETITIVE. BUYER BEWARE!!!

After arranging insurance I submitted my claim for the £20 gift voucher that they advertise. I heard nothing from them so I followed up with two emails weeks apart but didn't receive the courtesy of a reply. I have arranged numerous policie over recent years and, having looked at past history I now realise that this isn't the first time that I haven't received the promised voucher. Having looked at other reviews it would appear that not honouring the gift voucher promise is a common fault. I certainly won't be using Confused.com in future and I would encourage any future potential users to seriously consider whether they should trust this company.

They are keen enough ro get you to take out an insurance policy, but not very
helpful when you try to access your rewards.
They are telling me I have no active policies ,when its clearly there to be seen. I think they are wasting away the 60 days in whickh you have to claim a reward. I an sick of being given the run around

reward scheme MUCH more difficult to access this year...you have to set up a app to claim the reward. Not possible of course if you like me do NOT have a smartphone...had to seek the assistance of my wife !

I contacted Confused.com Customer Services on the 30th March about an email they sent me regarding claiming my £20 reward, I received the usual automated reply saying my query would be dealt with in 5-7 days.
The query centered around the fact that their system had blocked me from signing into their app to process the reward, I got a popup message advising me to contact the site owner, which i did.
Today, 7th April, I received a nameless reply from Confused.com informing me that they had responded to my query and to login to the app to see the reply, which as said before I am blocked from doing so therefore I am no further forward, no reply that i can see and no reward.
I've been using Confused.com for quite some time, but this will be the last.
