I have had my mobile phones with Fusion voice and data for about 4 years now and cannot fault the service I have received. Kelly and her team are so attentive and keep you updated on all the on goings in the industry. Would 100% recommend this 5-star company.

The Fusion team are great and very efficient! No problems at all and I didn’t even have to lift a finger they sorted it all for me! Their support continues to be exceptional, very easy, transparent and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We started using Cybermo over the past 6+ months and I find their service absolutely amazing. They reply instantly to any email requests and are always incredibly supportive and willing to help until the query or issue is resolved. I am really impressed with their level of customer service.

Tariffs are excellent value too.

Have used cybermo for 3 years now really take the hassle out of dealing with phone provider call centres when you have problems. They do all the hard work and the same cost as the direct deal.

Charlotte has always been able to identify the best options available to us and when there has happened to be a billing dispute with the Service Provider over roaming charges she stepped in to ensure the matter was resolved to our satisfaction.

Their are many positive things to say about Cybermo, in my experience. They are very quick to respond, really understand my needs, are open with their costs and deliver when they say they will. Totally reliable.

Whilst there is a central/general telephone number to call and email address to use when contacting them I find that I am looked after by the same people, which in my opinion makes a big difference to the service they provide.

They do the work for me without any 'hassle'. Nothing is too much trouble and they certainly feel like a 'provider'.

All round first class service and would highly recommend.
