Awful service from ConnectIO

Awful service from ConnectIO. They took the annual fee even though we cancelled last year. We couldn't get into the account and the reset password link wouldn't send us an email. Tried to email support twice, no response. In the end resorted to asking on facebook, they responded quite quickly however have posted my email and password for the whole world to see which is in breach of GDPR regulations in the UK. I am astounded that they have posted this as anyone could have logged in and accessed personal information. I've asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint and asked for my money back, we'll see if they respond...

SCAM!!!
Watch out! Useless and worst it is sold as a one time fee and turns at the end on a monthly fee !!!! And when you ask for refund is a NO!!!!!! Do not trust!!!!

No need for it's existence

No need for it's existence, as all data is available in Google Keyword Planner and in other free tools.
The advertising is scammy - it is about one time payment and free forever plan, which turns to be a monthly subscription. Beware!
