The service, communication and support I have received from both Lee and Francesca has been fantastic. Although a slight technical hiccup outside of anyones control, the team have been nothing but responsive and supportive. I would highly recommend Connection Technologies, great savings and service all round!

It has been a pleasure dealing with the team at connection-technologies. Kalun could not have been more helpful at the start and Abi was incredibly thorough and attentive in customer services. After the trauma of dealing directly with Vodafone Connection Technologies make it so easy. To date the customer service I have received is second to no other mobile phone service I have ever experienced (over 30 years!). It is a huge relief and I am very grateful for the support every time I make contact.

Mobile Phone - Tariff and Customer Service ...

Lee has been really helpful finding us a tariff for our mobile phones. The added service of his team managing the contract for us is invaluable.

Connection Technologies have been fantastic to work with. They have helped us to update, centralise effectively manage our IT and Telecoms so that we can focus on our own business instead.

The staff at Connection Technology are great, they assist you all throughout and continue to help wherever you require, taking the burden of sitting on long calls with the mobile provider away from you. Shoutout to Charlie Fisher, Jen Gray & Mahri Sellstrom who have been great throughout and really amazing customer service & account management.

The team we were dealing with were absolutely amazing. My main contact was Patrick and he was so helpful and patient with me. The process was seamless. There was an issue with our previous provider (an error on EE's behalf) both Patrick and Charlie, went above and beyond to help us.
