A Great First time with Connection --
First off - the price was awesome for the product I bought ! -- Then -- after purchasing online - I immediately recvd an email stating that Connection wanted to make sure it was my CC - I called in and immediately was on the line with Ian -- who asked me a question or two to confirm my purchase -- and said I would be getting updates on re: shipping etc-- and I have -- VERY professional !

Big company with a personal interest

Wrong order received, trying for months to get refund once returned!
PC Connection screwed up my original order, then "temporarily" charged me to send the correct item while they waited for me to return the incorrect item. I returned that item promptly, but still haven't been able to get them to refund this "temporary" charge.

Everyone needs to know this. The 4080 Super has been released, but the performance difference is barely noticeable, and in fact, it's more like a downgraded PSU line being sold at a cheaper price. So, if you buy the 4080 at the Super price, you're getting a steal ;)

Connections rerouted the order back to their warehouse and promised a refund. I am appreciative of their focus on customer service.

I attempted to cancel an order an hour after I placed it but it was shipped nevertheless.
Secondly, the order confirmation showed $0 shipping charges but my card was charged for shipping.

Website feels old and clunky. Prices sometimes higher than Amazon. Staff seems very competent though and the order itself was placed quickly.
