Watch out, scam experience!

Our driver just left without us, but we did not get our money back. Connecto Transfers replied with a standardized email and is ignoring our further mails. We will now let our lawyer work on this issue.

Excellent service. I was not sure while booking the the first trip from Dubrovnik Croatia to Herceg Novi Montenegro but i still tried to have a go. I didnt get the confirmation after booking so i called the customer service and they responded the first minute and got the confirmation direct afterwards. I have got a call before the pick up right in time from the Driver Mario, what an amazing person he is and a good conversation we had the whole way and a smooth journey towards the drop of point. I booked again the service from Herceg Novi towards Trebinje and got it booked wrong so called again the customer service and they made it correct within 2mins. This time their partner driver was an awesome lady Branka and again timely pick up while we had a long wait time on the border crossing but she had her patience all the way and remained positive and kind. Thanks again for the wonderful experience. Strongly recommend Connect to transfers.

WORST TRANSFER COMPANY EVER, if you want to get stranded in the middle of Italy at 4am with a driver that doesn’t show up with no way to contact the company, who then hours later tell you to lodge a complaint after they’ve taken your money then book with this company. Worst company and service I have ever experienced if I could give zero stars i would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AND GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY

Simply the best price to get from zrce/novalja to zadar airport. Everything on time and correct. Also waited a bit when we were late without charging us extra.

There was no driver and we wait 30 min all call the help desk and they promise to call the driver and call back. After 30 min more we took a taxi and then the call center call us back…. Really disappointed service

Really nice driver and relaxing transfer
Spoke wonderful English.

Everything was great driver there and on time and messaged to keep us updated on where he would be at what time/car etc. also spoke good English which was a bonus.

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would.
Our private transfer from Antalya Airport, simply never showed up. After searching the arrivals area, speaking to other drivers, and waiting far longer than we should have, it became clear that nobody was coming to pick us up.

Despite calling Connecto Transfers "customer service" over and over again, nobody answered, leaving us stranded at the airport late at night.

With no alternative, we had to pay for a taxi to our hotel which was over an hours away.

What makes this experience even more unacceptable is how Connecto handled the complaint afterwards. Instead of acknowledging that they failed to provide the service we had already paid for, they insisted that the driver had been waiting for us. That is completely false. We were at the designated meeting point, actively looking for the driver, and there was nobody there. They also claimed that they had provided us with the driver's contact details before arrival, which never happened.

Mistakes can happen, but refusing to admit them and instead blaming the customer is unacceptable. Rather than offering an apology or taking responsibility, they chose to deny what happened and avoid accountability.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. We paid for a private transfer that never arrived, received no assistance when we needed it most, and were then met with dishonesty instead of customer service.

Without question, one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had!!

I booked this company 2 times with my family (big cars) and all was on time and everything as we asked for.

Good cars and good friendly drivers (one was not happy because we were late) but got us to our station :)

I reccomend this company, easy to order, on time and good communication :)

Great service and will use again.
