Driver didn’t turn up
Driver didn’t turn up! Didn’t answer the phone. Company landline also no answer. I was left on the airport with 2 kids in the middle of the night with nothing. I had to arrange my own taxi which was double price because it was night charge and not prebooked!
Raised a complaint and they gave the refund just for what I paid them, but nobody refunded what I had to pay extra because they left me.

It was really good taxi, not too expensive and really polite! I Would recommend using it and I will book another taxi next time ill go to croatia.

Perfect!
Superb driver, on time, very comfortable car with water and tissues provided. Couldn't fault driver and and pick-up / drop-off.
The only problem we had was the walking as one needs assistance and the walk to the car park on arrival in Brussels was far too long. I expected to be picked up ooutside the door as in other airports but this could have been due to on going works at the airport, although other taxis were outside the door collecting.

Excellent service as always
We have used connecto transfers on many occasions and their service is always excellent. Driver was there waiting for us despite a 90 minute delay. Prompt arrival for our return journey and vehicles were large and comfortable

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. The driver, who was very pleasant, was waiting for us in the arrivals Hall, the car was lovely, with air conditioning, and he left us at the door of our appartement.

Calm in the travel delay chaos
I had some travel delays on the way in, and Transfero was so good and prompt at responding to my emails about the issues. They moved my pickup with ease and completely calmed the chaos of the travel delay domino effect that we all know of.
