ConnectWise ScreenConnect works…

ConnectWise ScreenConnect works extremely well. It maintains connectivity to workstations remotely, allowing me the ease of effectively maintaining them in other states.

This is a great program resonably…

This is a great program resonably priced. It is user friendly and quick. The only issue I have had is that some of our rremote PC's Screen shots show up black but when refreshed they ussually give an accurate description.

This is a great remote control product…

This is a great remote control product that has helped me a lot as a consultant working from home. My only issue is the licensing is very confusing and cannot figure out how to get 2 engineers working with the same login at the same time remoting to different systems. I tried contacting them but gave up in the end as what they said would work did not work.

Best Remote tool

Best remote tool out there. I feel like I have used them all but ScreenConnect is the best one with the most features. Support team could be much better (basically non-existent) but the tool makes up for that.

Super easy to use

Super easy to use. I am the whole IT department for a company of 70 in two different locations (UT and TX) and some who work at client sites. ConnectWise makes it very easy to support my users wherever they happen to be located.

ConnectWise Control is reliable.

ConnectWise Control has been very beneficial to my organization since COVID. It provided us a fast option to quickly deploy a remote workforce of over 100 users in just over 24 hours.

Three recommendations for the toolset;
1. Allow User Unlocks (Instead of password resetting)
2. Allow more access to service resets and reboots to alleviate odd behavior like rarely occurring slow service
3. More access to service resource monitoring.

Otherwise, the tool is phenomenal!

Unconnect Wise - Avoid

This is probably the worst suite of tools ive ever seen. It seems to be a simple case of merging with lots of companies but not actually having the technology team to integrate it. They have all the sales blurb with none of the execution.

For example:
Single Sign on doesn't work,
The UI/UX team has never done UI/UX before,
Buttons and menus are hidden in the most ridiculous places,
Unintuitive
Slow,
Buggy,
I could actually go on for days.
