Where is my refund?

Somehow one click of my mouse on the jewish single website and I was billed by Connextrue.Date. I want my $38.53 refund that was really billed to me in error. I did not join the jewish singles website. i was told that Connextrue would send me a link thru aol. Three times I called them that I did not recieve the link. I want this refund NOW. I am going to take some legal steps against them if I do not receive my refund now. Lita Molof

complete scam

This site is an absolute scam designed to trick users into paying for a service that doesn't exist as advertised. I was lured in by a "local" message that I could only read by upgrading to a VIP membership. Once I paid, it became clear that the majority of the profiles are "catfish" accounts. I’ve reverse-searched several photos only to find the same images used on multiple profiles across different cities. Any messages I sent to "local" users went completely unanswered.
When I tried to cancel, they put me through a labyrinthine process. Instead of a simple "cancel" button, I was forced through a loop of multiple pages, each hitting me with another upsell or redirection back to the main page without any confirmation of cancellation. It is clearly a deliberate attempt to make leaving as difficult as possible so they can keep charging you. They have refused to refund my $43 despite the site being a total fraud. Avoid this site at all costs; they will take your money and make it nearly impossible to get out
