Daughter picked a present for me for Christmas, husband ordered and money taken from his account but never received order! Contacted them on their contact page twice with no response and called their number with no answer!! Very upset 8 year old! Do not recommend at all!!

If I could give them zero I would give them zero. I ordered a silver heart necklace for an 18th birthday, paid for next day delivery and it hasn’t arrived. I have contacted them every way possible but I’ve had no response and the emails are bouncing back. do not use their scammers.

I got scammed by this company, ordered a personised necklace and never received it contacted them numerous times they responded once amd then never got back to me and I never received the item or a refund do not use SCAMMERS

If I could give this company no stars I would do!I ordered a heart pendant from them 10 days ago and still haven't received it. I have messaged them via their website, Facebook and Instagram in the hope of contacting someone but nobody has replied. I have opened a case on PayPal to get my money back and now they are saying it's been posted and delivered on Friday the 29th August but I wasn't even in! I was
away on a weekend break! I cannot get in touch with anyone at this company, their customer service is NON EXISTENT I just wish I'd have read the reviews before I placed my order. Very annoyed and extremely disappointed as this was a gift for my Daughter in law and I have had to spend more money buying something else whilst being £20 out of pocket! AVOID!

I ordered a heart shape necklace for a special birthday for my sister I also purchased the birth stone and extra length chain although the chain is very fine it is really nice the engraving was also lovely and she absolutely loved it

This company sent a heart pendant I’d bought for my granddaughter that was so illegible to read they agreed to send me another one with clearer engraving. Despite me contacting them several times regarding this replacement they refuse to reply and haven’t sent a replacement. This item wasn’t cheap so I’m really disappointed. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a personalised locket necklace and less than 24 hours I was contacted to say it was ready. This man went above and beyond to show me before ordering to make sure I was happy. I will defo be ordering more and I fully recommend him to others. His jewellery is gorgeous. Thank you

The pendant was the size we were expecting and considering how much we wanted on the back the printing is very easy to read. We will certainly buy again.

I ordered a necklace for my friend's birthday with her initial on, dob on the back (special birthday) & her gemstone. I didn't get a confirmation so I phoned them, there was no reply. 10 minutes later, a lovely man called me back & confirmed the order would be with me within 3 days. It did arrive on time & is absolutely beautiful & great value. I will be using this company again.

my wife and I ordered the silver pendant love heart with writing on the front and back. The writing is completely illegible due to this small size of the heart.

it’s very misleading stating how many letters can be put printed onto something if it’s too small to read.

We have also been in contact on two other occasions with this company to find out about the delivery and they failed to reply on vacations.

needless to say, we will not be using this company again.

I placed an order on the 1st of December its now the 6th for me to receive an email saying its awaiting shipment even though I paid for next day delivery its a present for my daughters mother I am not happy atall aloud of rubbish if you ask me quick enough to take your hard earned money but no responses to emails

I ordered a heart necklace for an 80th birthday, and it arrived within a couple of days. It looks absolutely fantastic and everything as described. Will be recommending them to friends & family, and would definitely order again.

My husband ordered the heart necklace for a birthday present. It has never arrived. They are happy too take your payment though. No response to emails or messages.
Avoid at all cost. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

My neighbour wanted to purchase abl9cket to keep a lock of her fogs furr inside as she'd just passed away.
I ordered on my neighbours behalf as she has learning difficulties.I stated thr intended use at the point of purchasing,and customer services responded immediatly at that point.
The locket arrived the next day.
However,when we opened it,it immediatly became gear the locket was no good. The engraving was very shoddily done and so tiny that it was completely unreadable. The l9cket was MUCH smaller than indicated,as was the chain(we were charged extra for).The quality of both the chain and locket were VERY poor,especially considering the price we paid.
I immediately messaged their customer service to ask to return it.
After receiving no reply within 2 days,I have since emailed them multiple times,aswell as messaging them through their customer services department. They have not responded to the 7 messages I've sent. As i purchased it on behalf of my neighbour I explained that i'd require a response even if they refused the return,so as to show my neighbour that I have indeed been contacting them on her behalf.
Since they immediatly answered my messages before I purchased yhis for her,I find it very insulting bad business that they won't respond after purchase.
I'd advise anyone to look elsewhere when purchasing this type of jewellry,due to thr bad customer service,bad quality of their jewellry,poorly done engraving and mis-representation of the items they're selling.

Bought a personalised heart pendant for my niece. It is beautiful & really good quality for the price. Engraving was excellent. Came in a lovely gift box with a little bag. I'll buy from them again

Ordered cufflinks engraved.....nice cufflinks, but they were delivered with a fingerprint on both of them. The fingerprints were not easy to get off, as there was a slight colour to them - as if a person who packed them had sticky hands.
