I ordered footwear in March 24 and to date have not received them. The company keep saying they are looking into it. I have demanded a refund but so far nothing.

Advertised on Facebook Conor footware, now Kelly's Ireland is a scam. After waiting weeks,I received what can only be described as plastic junk. The quality is so poor. Imagine paying 68 euro for quality you wouldn't even find in a flea market. Don't be fooled. This is clearly not an Irish company.

I wish I’d read reviews before ordering!

I mistakenly ordered a 2nd pair of shoes, sent an email canceling within seconds, received acknowledgement- and still got charged for 2 pairs, neither of which fit or resembled the online photo. Moreover this “Irish” company is registered in the UK and its actual trading name is Hong Kong!!! Every email I sent them got a “we are looking into it” response. Eventually I went to the European authorities but they have no power of enforcement. Thankfully PayPal gave me a full refund (I should have gone straight to them). AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. SCAMMERS.

DON'T BUY

I am very grateful to all the reviewers who say DON'T BUY, as something made me check the reviews before trying for a second time to buy from the site. The first time failed for some reason - wasn't I lucky?
I should have known - the whole offering is too good to be true, because according to the previous reviews none of it is true.

Inferior quality and service.

This company is trading as an Irish company selling orthopaedic footwear. I waited 18 days for a delivery from Cork???? I sent emails to cancel and I only received generic responses asking me to be patient. There is no phone number available to contact directly. The sandals arrived this morning and are of poor quality. I would make a better pair of sandals from a Cornflakes box. I have requested a return docket as there was nothing in the parcel. They advertise returns on their facebook page. Will see what happens.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I recently bought sandals from them which looked good in the photo. Firstly they took ages to arrive and I had to chase up. When they arrived the sizing was much smaller than usual than usual for my normal size and they didn't fit and also the quality was terrible. I emailed them and they offered to replace if I paid postage and handling. I said I didn't want to pay as their sizing was off and not my fault and the quality was terrible. I asked for a refund in line with my statutory rights and they said they'd get back to me which they never did. They pose as an Irish company but their address on the package is simply Online Seller and a PO address

This is a scam, they are not Irish. Their product is a very very poor COPY of what is advertised. Please do not buy from them. It is an absolute shambles. Please take this seriously. They are selling rubbish, unfortunately, I bought it and was taken in by their lies . S Delaney

Ordered sandals on 3 of may

Ordered sandals on 3 of may, delivered on 24 of may. Awful quality compared to their advertising. Returned sandals on 24th of may still awaiting a refund. Last email from them was 18 of June. No recent contact. Very shabby for an Irish company. I have referred the matter to the small claims court. Do not order from them. I really believed their advertising was genuine….. let down by a so called Irish comp…… reckon there is nowhere in Ireland making rubbish shoes such as theirs!!! Ty Avril murray

Not even 1 star

I feel bad about giving 1 star, they don't even deserve that.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my sandals. I ordered them 5 weeks ago, i sent several emails complaining about the delay, in fairness each email was replied to - usually around 5 am in the mirning. After waiting 5 weeks my delivery arrived, they were in a plastic bag and very crumpled up, very cheap looking (parcel weighed 200 grammes) - certainly not worth the €59 which I paid. The parcel weighed about 200 grammes. They were described on Conor Footwear website as "orthopedic" but I have seen better on a market stall.

Would not recommend this company.

Ordered goods allegedly made and delivered in the ROI. Goods received over 2 weeks later PVC quality at best. Emailed seller to say they would be returned to the address on delivery label only to discover it was an An Post sorting office so couldn’t return them. Scam website not based in ROI as claimed goods if received are of inferior quality no documentation in packaging so no return address or refund options as stated on website. Would not recommend reported to PayPal.

Absolutely dreadful dealing with this…

Absolutely dreadful dealing with this company (and it seems nothing Irish about them), placed an order and cannot get a delivery date, 4/5 bland email replies saying they will review my order and come back to me, I’m struggling to get any proper response, I would definitely steer clear!
