Here at Conscious Crone we are all about whole body healing. Holding space in Hartlepool, across Teesside and parts of North Yorkshire and County Durham. We teach people to support emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Working with reiki as a therapist and also offering attunements as a master teacher too. Sound baths. Helping you to pause, unwind, and reset Sound healing with gongs, bowls, drum, monochord, and percussion. Stand alone sessions, or woven into bespoke sessions. Life coaching and spiritual life guidance. All of the answers are within. Sometimes you just require a quiet space, and the right questions to tap into that inner knowing. Foraging walks and workshops. Learing how to forage safely and sustainably. Correct indentification. How to use and process wild food. Supporting gut health with fermentation workshops. Wild medicine workshops for Winter health. Workshop facilitator. Usui Reiki attunements. Abundance and Manifestation. Just two examples. Special programs:- Grief sessions - block of 5 looking at the grief cycle. Finding me in menopause - elemental approach to this time in women's life. Taking a more spiritual approach. Natural pain relief - five sessions using sound and reiki to help ease or even erradicate pain. Drum circles. Shamanic drumming. Available for booking at events, retreats, and festivals. Helping those who are lost and without a sense of purpose to find that inner spark, to build their dreams, and to show them how to take action to make it happen.

Knowledgeable, Safe, Relaxing - Just Wonderful

Ruby is truly extraordinary - If you are on the fence about booking with her - take this as your sign to just do it! You won't regret it. I felt safe immediately upon meeting her and have grown so much in the last 6 months through our sessions. I looked forward to them every single time and felt so good after.

Ruby designed a bespoke package to help me when I discovered something in my life. All I can say, is that I felt held, heard and so incredibly understood. Feelings that I have spent most of my life wanting to feel. The space Ruby creates is magical in the most real way. Thank you for everything!

Ruby is a wonderful healer

Ruby is a wonderful healer. I have had many sessions with Ruby now over the years, & she truly does offer a safe space for deep healing. Ruby allows you to feel heard & at ease, & I have enjoyed both 121 & group sessions. I highly recommend Ruby & her services.

Reiki level 1

Thank you to Ruby for providing the reiki level 1 course, she provided a calm, safe environment and shared her knowledge and expertise. I would recommend Ruby for anyone looking for a reiki attunement.

Ruby is one of the most beautiful souls…

Ruby is one of the most beautiful souls I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I found her when I was struggling with boundaries and relationships, and felt overwhelmed. I had turned to other support but none of it had resonated with me in quite the same way that Ruby did. Their skill of listening and hearing what you're saying but also what you're not saying is incredibly special, and their ability to share Reiki and use sound to support and empower is pure magic ♡
I would recommend Ruby Conscious Crone to everyone who is open to exploring the world and themselves! I'm truly grateful for their time, expertise, magic and love.

Beautiful Space

Ruby held a beautiful, safe, nurturing space for me on every session (highly recommend a package).
I was trying to work through some Big things alone and it proved too much physically, mentally and emotionally.
Once I found Ruby and we connected things became clearer, I stepped back into my power, I was then able to see things clearly and choose what worked for me to move forward.
I’ll always connect back with Ruby for a sound bath, a one off session to help me clear things up or a group session foraging.
