Wonderful service

Wonderful service. The team is very friendly and helpful. The items are beautiful. There was a problem with the postage and the items didn't arrive, but the company offered a full refund or a reshipment of the items. I chose to have them reshipped because the company was such a delight to deal with. The items soon arrived and are of excellent quality and appearance. A+++ service and products!

Way more than 5 stars!

I took a chance and clicked on a random ad to buy some bracelets and to my surprise the bracelets are super high quality and so pretty AND the customer service was well beyond these five stars. They are kind and communicative and their response time was excellent. I am already shopping for my next bracelet. Thank you so much, Conscious for the great service. I love this store!

I love this store because their stuff is so cute, proper, beautiful, and it's working. I genuinely enjoy it. If I were a celebrity, which I'm not, I'd endorse it. Pretend I'm a celebrity and that this is a celebrity endorsement, and then go to this site, Conscious Items, check it out, and find your happy place. I did, and I hope more people do too, so that more people will experience joy.

Awesome experience

I was supposed to get my item delivered but never got it. But they came through with my new item. They stayed in touch through the whole process. The bracelet fits perfectly. They offer all types of crystals and other items

Top quality products and the best…

Top quality products and the best customer service! This is the real deal. Everything comes beautifully packaged with a little card explaining it's meaning. It may take a little longer to get but it's well worth the wait for the quality. I bought from another site and got China plastic broken in a bag.
Save yourself the frustration and buy from Concious Items, just give time for shipping.

Exceptional Customer Service

I have ordered from this company numerous times, as their items are authentic, high quality, and as advertised. I did have an issue with shipping on my most recent order; however, it was not due to the company but with customs. I was able to easily reach out to customer service, received a quick reply, an explanation (even though the company was not at fault), and follow up information. Customer service even reached out to me when I received my items. One item did not fit, and I was able to keep the item to gift to another while getting store credit for the item. This was my first experience with the Customer Service department at this company. My needs were thoroughly met and expectations were absolutely exceeded! I will continue to order from this company and refer them to everyone I can.

I will tell you the truth!

I don't typically write reviews, but I enjoy purchasing items that pique my interest and sharing the details privately with friends and family. However, as a new customer of Conscious Items, I felt compelled to share my experience. Initially, I was skeptical about ordering bracelets and other items described as healing or offering energy protection. That skepticism vanished the moment I received my package. First, the packaging was thoughtfully color coordinated, complementing the adorable jewelry boxes that held each bracelet. Upon opening the package, I was pleasantly surprised to find each bracelet nestled in its own small silk bag. When I lifted them, I noticed a substantial weight. At that moment, I knew Conscious Items was authentic. All the bracelets I ordered were beautifully crafted. The care evident in the packaging suggested they were made with love and positive energy. I'm definitely ordering more from them

Shipping is a major is a major issue UPDATE

I have two orders placed in December 2024. Both orders stalled at a US mail facility on January 28, 2025. I have yet to receive my items, and it is March 2, 2025. I have had at least three conversations via email asking to rectify the situation. They simply ask me to keep them informed on the situation, despite repeated requests for a refund. Shipping has been a major issue for them, according to other buyers. UPDATE: After emails back and for between myself and the supplier, they agree to replace my items, one item that was damaged after being worn, and an extra item for a total of 5 items. They shipped quickly. I received them without any problems this time, in a very timely manner. I am beyond thrilled with customer service and the bracelets themselves.

Order hiccup / company helped sorted everything out

I ordered two bracelets in one order and a selenite lamp in the other. It's been weeks. Yesterday tracking said the items were out for delivery (I was home the whole day and nothing showed up, ai received packages from 3 other companies just fine).

Today I got two emails saying the delivery failed because my area was closed/holiday. None of which was true. The email said to contact the delivery driver or the items would be shipped back. There was no information on who to contact seems like some weird 3rd party delivery service. I've messaged the company via email and on their website for help and asking them to tell the delivery to "try" again and no response.

Edit: the team at Conscious Items has gotten back to me via email and is trying to work with the delivery team to get me my items. I will update if this gets sorted out. (February 20th)

2/22 Update: The team at Conscious Items reached out and helped me to track down the delivery team. I had my orders delivered today. I'm grateful for their help in getting everything straightened out.

Excellent customer service after problem was reported.

I placed an order January 30, 2025 at which time I was billed. On Feb 5th I was notified my order was shipped. As of today the order had not been received. When I tried to track my order I received notification COULD NOT FIND ORDER. $99.00 dollar theft.

UPDATE FEBRUARY 27, 2025
Upon receipt of the above mentioned difficulty with my order Conscious items took action found my order, updated the tracking information. I recieved my order February25. Conscious Items continued to follow up to confirm I had recieved my order and was satisfied. The item is beautiful and everything as advertised. I will be ordering again.

Tracking says out for delivery but never delivered

This place is saying that my order was out for delivery, 3 days later still no update or package… I contacted through email and they said my address wasn’t verified, so I went to the post office and gave them the tracking number I was provided from conscious items and they didn’t have that in their system at all… I feel like this company is a scam and all the good review are fake…

The multiple items I received were all beautiful and beautifully packaged! A+ Shipping took three weeks. You can access the shipping process online but the information it provided was somewhat cryptic. I would definitely still purchase from here again as long as I didn't have a deadline for the items to arrive

Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication Regarding My Order

Since December 18th, my order has been marked as "ready for delivery," and it was intended as a Christmas gift. It is now Friday, January 3rd, and I have yet to receive it. Despite sending multiple emails to the company, all I receive are promotional messages encouraging me to buy more products. However, there has been absolutely no update about when I will finally receive this order.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. Not only have I missed Christmas, but I also haven’t been able to deliver my gifts even after New Year’s. The lack of communication and professionalism is beyond disappointing.

Said delivered but did not get anything

I ordered 2 selinite lamps …. They said it was delivered today…. I got no delivery at all! Have a front camera and there was no delivery… very hard to get in touch with them !! Not a happy camper right now

3 weeks and still not shipped

I ordered items on 12/7/2024 and my wife ordered items on 12/9. It is 12/27 and we still do not even have any word that the orders have even shipped. I messaged the company on 12/22 and still have not reverify l received a reply.

Undisclosed long shipping from china

When ordering items at the beginning of the month for Christmas the site said 5 to 8 day shipping. The tracking information is extremely limited and gives almost no information but as soon as I realized the items come from China I knew 5 to 8 days was not going to happen. It's now after Christmas, the items aren't here and the tracking gives so little info I have no idea when to expect them. My daughter ordered items for my wife on the 23rd from Etsy that arrived today. Go to Etsy unless you're willing to wait a month.
