My husband and I have recently downsized from a 4 bed det to a 2 bed semi. It’s a great house but I missed having a little more space downstairs.
We decided to add a lean to conservatory to our new home, configuration it with the online tool was great fun, but also allowed us to ensure that we were on target for the budget we had in mind. There was great communication with sales staff, nothing was too much trouble if we wanted to amend something slightly. A survey was undertaken to make sure that the ground/area was suitable, and the builders that ConservatoryLand recommended were absolutely brilliant and very hard working.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. From ordering to fitting it took less than two months, the conservabase sped up the whole process too.
Brilliant, so happy with our conservatory, affectionately known as our Zen Den.

The delivery was as scheduled and expertly carried out. The two guys who assembled and erected the conservatory (Liam and Danny) worked exceptionally well as a team. They were thorough all through the process and finished the job quickly and effectively. Most notably they thoroughly cleaned the finished product and left the site very clean and tidy.

Quick, easy and great value.
Just had our lean-to glass roof conservatory fitted.
The recommended installers were helpful, efficient and accommodating of our family's needs before and during construction.
Customer service was exemplary throughout. Always contactable and polite. Delivery was seamless.
We still have to finish our interior walls but the construction and exterior is everything we were hoping for.
Cannot recommend more.

The communication was fantastic between everyone that was involved. Great work, job well done. Adam done a fantastic job, all done in a week, only thing I would pick out is, maybe dig up abit more area outside the conservatory French doors, apart from that everything was grand.

Great communication. A good value job.
Choice of materials, colours and styles. Would have liked a stone finish though.
No messy groundworks. A quick build - all done in 3 days. A very professional contractor.
We are very pleased.

Bought my conservatory a few years ago, and needed a bit of support today.
The support folk went above and beyond.
Very impressed.

I had my conservatory installation done by Conservatory Land in Watford. I have to admit that the quality of the product was very good and the customer support and experience was exceptional. More importantly, the builder who came to do the installation of the conservatory at my property Andy Lewis was the best.

Right from the start it was easy to explain what we wanted and Becky was so patient with different designs and options but we got there in the end and what a wonderful company to have designed it and a very good installer Andrew and his mate thank you

I enquired for a Porch although their company name is Conservatoryland. They did do porches and I was given a quotation for the size I require. It was high for my budget and dismissed our plans of having a porch. About 2 weeks after, Rebecca, one of their staff alerted me of an offer. A very good one. It was the size of what I need. From then on, it was smooth sailing until the delivery and installation (installation was from an independent company authorised by them to install the porch).
I would highly recommend this company.

The implementation of the conservatory itself cannot be faulted. it went smoothly and quickly. Our options for choices were explained etc. We installed ours in 2021.
It is 2024 so still quite recent. The roof panels (we selected the bronze option) have begun to acquire water droplets in between. As the rain has pelted down, more panels are showing signs. WE are receiving a 'goodwill gesture' one panel. The rest we will have to buy but now we dont know whether it is worth it as we need a more superior material and we have their most superior one now !!
At times a strange and heavy noise occurs and first I thought it was something that fell on it but on looking up, the house roof has only deposited some moss. What is happening is becoming clearer. The panels are developing very tiny cracks. We will possibly have to change all the panels and guess what, it is past warranty so they will not do it !!
In 2026, I can say that the company, having read my bad review on TP, made amends and we are enjoying our conservatory with new panels where there was a problem. They acknowledged and did the deed. Thanks a million to TP and COnservatory land.

When you are trusted to select a conservatory company on a relatives behalf you take your time , read reviews and have conversations, after all it’s a big spend of somebody else’s money so it’s got to be right .
My first phone enquiry got me through with a very knowledgeable ( senior sales advisor) Alec , he asked and answered questions I hadn’t even thought of ensuring that what I had in mind was doable by them , he sent through links so I could send photos of the site , basic measurements etc . Within a day I had a good quote . Nothing was written in stone as an appointment with the installer was arranged to check measurements and if doable . Within hours I received a call from Karen who was our personal contact to walk us through the process and she informed us that Adam ( installer ) would be in contact to arrange a site visit . As I’m writing this it seems as there was a “rush “ but it honestly wasn’t, at no time did I feel pressured it was just efficient, personal and communication second to none. Adam the insaller knew his stuff and we talked through the installation, listening to our expectations in detail. It was only then we were happy to continue. Plans were forward, adjustments accommodated , colours , styles, handles all agreed . It was seamless
When the day arrived everyone turned up on time , in the right order and nothing was forgotten. Adam’s attention to detail was exactly what I’d wished for . Karen was in touch during the day to ensure we were happy which we were . Finished on time , finished to an exceptional standard, and one very happy customer. I /we have no reservations recommending ConservatoryLand . We have a beautiful sun room for my elderly relative to enjoy and added security to the back of the house. Thank you
