Ordered my controller and button attachments from here. Shipping was prompt, which I was not expecting as Royal Mail have increased delivery times. Product was packaged well.

My Dell Inspiron Laptop failed to boot up

My Dell Inspiron Laptop stopped working one night. I took it to Consoles and Gadgets, Newton Mearns and they were able to repair my laptop. They even installed a better version of Windows 11 that I had before which was a bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they kept in regular contact with updates of my repair. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Much appreciated.

From good to bad in one small step.

Admittedly I have had good service from this company in the past but my recent dealings with them are the opposite.
They fixed an iPad Mini returning it within a week. The same fault occurred within a few days and they offered to fix for free. They collected and returned the ‘fixed’ iPad within a week and gave me a free iPad case. However the iPad will not boot up, when switched on the apple logo appears for a fraction of a second, the screen goes black and the iPad is non-responsive. Consoles and Gadgets said it was a software problem which could be fixed in an hour. I’ve now arranged for them to collect the tablet for repair on two separate occasions and on each occasion they’ve failed to turn up. They hadn’t even bothered to warn me that they weren’t coming. Not only that but they do not answer their phone or email messages.
Poor show folks.

Great service

Great service, nothing is too much bother, no matter how small the problem is these guys will get you sorted.
Excellent service, very quick and good value for money.

If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would!

I placed a order with them. The item was in stock on their website with dispatch the same day if ordered before 3PM.
Waited and nothing. Emailed for a update on my order and no reply. Tried ringing several times but the phone is never answered.
I tried a couple of times in the morning And it was ringing then they must of switched the phone to go straight to answer machine.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so I will attempt to get a refund through them.
Please Avoid you have been warned!!.

**UPDATE** 8/2/20 After getting PayPal involved they have finally found in my favour and are refunding me.

They never sent the controller I bought…

They never sent the controller I bought and did not answer my emails. Lost my money.

NEVER USE!!! BEWARE! SCAM

They claim to have items in stock that they don't really have.
Have fake reviews on their website, when you click on them they take you to empty pages.
Worst communications ever.
Never received any information about my item, order number, tracking.. nothing.
Called costumer services and they put me on hold, told me they will contact me back and they never called back. Finally 3 days later they told me they can have my item in stock in 2 weeks!!

The reviews on our site are real but the company we used to pay for the service no longer exsists if you google them you can see old cached pages our website is about 17 years old.

This company should be ashamed of…

This company should be ashamed of themselves..

My Experience:
1, Their site advertised a one-handed X-box controller
2, I ordered this (Not cheap £148)
3, Had an automated email thanking me for my order
4, Nothing for over a month
5, emailed them with a response (This item is not in stock) This was not made clear when i ordered.
6, Asked for a refund via Paypal
7, nothing for over two week
8' emailed them again (sorry we are having issues with Paypal but we will send a refund asap)
9, a week later I checked my Paypal account again and no payment
emailed them again today

only wish I'd checked out Trust Pilot first as I have found the above is commonplace when ordering from this company..

My opinion; these guys are criminals.. happy to take your money for items they don't have in stock, then hold back refunds..

Just to add the item I ordered was a one-handed controller for my brother who is Brain Damaged and has only use of one hand. This company is aware but clearly don't care..

Disgusting..!

Shameful seller

These people are a shame to everyone, bought online since 2004 and I never faced a worser seller then them, they show products as IN STOCK on their website while they have none, and it’s up to you to discover, because they won’t contact you about it, they just quietly steal your money, called them many times, they always said they’ll refund me the day after but never done it. Lucky me I paid with PayPal which forced the refund from these thieves.

Bought online got nothing

Bought something online. Heard nothing after the auto-generated confirmation. Emailed them more than twice, called numerous times and got no answer to either. Can’t tell if they are out of business or just a terrible company for responding. Had to seek resolution through PayPal.
