Satisfied customer Maggie Young

This is the best electricity company ever. I'm on a fixed income and I try to keep my usage low. Thanks for letting me know about the working of the air conditioner. That really help, if something is not working, Id be able to have it fixed before I began to lose money I can't afford.

Easily navigated website. Usage straightforward as well as billing. The only thing that could be improved is the rate.

the offerings I choose didn't come up

the offerings I choose didn't come up. I choose .15KW and winded up with other plan. Tried to cancel and was told not able to. I looking at cancellation and paying the fine

Hi Bob, We're sorry to hear that the plan you wanted did not appear for you. Our rates and plans do change based on a number of factors including demand, weather and more. If you signed up for a plan, you do have 3 days to cancel your contract in Texas and up to 90 days in other states. If it is beyond that time period, you may be required to pay an early termination fee based on the state you live in. We have sent you an email requesting more information. If you could please respond to that, we will have our customer care managers look into this for you. Thank you.
