DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. They take the money and then keep making excuses to delay you reporting it to your bank or PayPal until it's outside the 180 days. Then it's too late to get a refund from your bank or PayPal. They are using the english names david, Peter, Simon but have very strong Asian accents. They also block your phone number when you to try call to get your refund. They messed us around for 8 months without receiving the cards or courses. So many excuses, and reasons. If you search the phone number you will see it's advertised on more then one company.

SCAM!!! FRAUD!! DO NOT USE!!! my partner was convinced by these scam artists that he could get his card to work on a construction site via this company. The same man answers the phone with different names each time! Peter, David, bloody tony!! Just like all these other reviews, when chasing up where his card was after parting £70 it was “we sent it to the wrong address”. My partner who was out of work and desperately needing his card sent over information to have this corrected, full address, bank details etc. he never got his refund (obviously) but it goes further than this! They have now stolen his personal phone number using the PAC code and tried to get into his personal info such as emails etc! Tried to make purchases via Amazon with his card details ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!!! STAY AWAY!!! The only positive reviews are FAKE!!! *UPDATE* this is just one of many limited companies these fraudsters have, half of the “directors” reside in India but do have an address thanks to company house!

I have used this company to get my CSCS test, and to receive my supervisors gold card. I paid £135, way back in June when I completed my tests - I was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive from date of purchase. I still have not received this!! I have contacted this s*** show of a company countless amount of times via email, and phone. Yet they never bother to reply, on the off chance I do get through… they delay the process by another 2 weeks!! This company is an absolute disgrace, the audacity they have to consistently delay the waiting time is an absolute joke! Constant phone calls and emails regarding getting this card through, still no luck! The staff reply’s are disgustingly rude. When I’ve quoted them how long it’s been, I got a reply questioning my competence and ability to remember the exact date! All they had to do was make a simple payment of £35 to CSCS to get this card so that I could receive this. Yet, over 4 months later I haven’t received it. I have now had to privately order myself a card after waiting that long! NEVER use their company! They are completely useless, and they are completely incompetent!

SCAM! Do not use this company they will just take your money and then wont answer, they were all about answering at first to get details to the paying point after payment nothing! Total Scam and waste of hard earned money!

I work for a reputable CITB training company, today I have had a guy turn up to do is SMSTS Ref which we don't even have running today, he was sent here by Construction Helps, he paid his money to them, and was given our address, we have no such booking and have no connection to Construction Helps, 100% scammers! if you're not sure about a training company check them on citb.co.uk. Thankfully the guy wasn't angry with us and I've managed to help his situation. Look at the reviews, the best review was written by their own Director! Wazim wasnt' even clever enough to change his name!

STAY AWAY trust me there robbers I booked a nvq they took 173 pound I never got either they con you be warned I'm still trying get a refund there ignoring me DO NOT USE THIS SHOWER OF *****

After receiving emails on guidance to the correct revision notes I found this very helpful,the staff especially David very polite and nothing seemed to be to much to help and assist

We contacted this company to book my son's CSCS test, at the time of booking the gentleman told us we had to pay £43 which I questioned due to the fact my son had taken the test recently and I had paid £22.50 online. The gentleman told us if my son didn't pass 1st time round then he would get a 2nd test for free. I telephoned them last week to rebook his test again due to failing by 1 point and was told that I needed to pay another £25 if I wanted to book it again and I wouldn't have been given that information, I argued my point of why would I have booked and paid £43 for 1 test when I could get it online for £22.50 if I had not been told I got 2 tests. They said they would honour the repeat test but no confirmation received, no test booked and £20.50 out of pocket. DO NOT USE this company to book your test as they are ripping people off, when other companies are only charging £22.50 for the exact same test and £43 is a scam!!!!

Can’t thank this company enough. I’m not one for reviews, but credit where credit is due.. I’ve been in the trade for over 25 years and it’s not getting easier to get on site and just carry on with your work..

Found myself scratching my eyes out getting my tickets up to date but luckily stumbled on these guys who have helped me no end to sort everything out.

Answered every question and plainly laid out what I needed to do with them. A week later I’m all sorted, see you in another 5 years 👍
