It took a lot longer to arrange the refund [initially they said about 3 months but it ended up being more like 10 months] and once it came through, their commission [or fee] is set at 24% of the value... See more

Excellent service

Apart from some of the paperwork needing clarification it was a smooth service & nice to get some money back. One more card to check, here's hoping.

Great Company

All I can say is CRS we're brilliant. Recovered miss-sold PPI with minimum of fuss. I did not mind paying the fee for a great service

This company was slow to get going with…

This company was slow to get going with my claim, and slow with paperwork after I returned it, but they made a claim for me and I am happy with the result. They are not scammers.

Maximum commission allowed by law for this is 20% + VAT

Emailed them twice, no reply..... Scammers?

I received a letter from these people demanding I pay over £700 for their services when they claim they got me £2378 back from ppi claim
They had already informed me that I had no ppi claim, so I am somewhat confused.
They claim the £2378 has been paid into my bank account or I have received a cheque. They don't seem to know how I should have received the alleged money, which makes me suspicious.I've checked my current account numerous times and no payment from Barclays has ever been paid into the account.
I've written to them twice to try and get to the bottom of it but they won't reply.
So I can only assume that this could be a scam...... Trying to get me to pay for something they haven't done?.

Highly Recommended

Provided a great service, made making a claim very easy. I have received over £4,000 so far, all from accounts which haven't been active for over 10 years and for which I could only provide basic details.

Utterly furious just having come off…

Utterly furious just having come off the phone from this lot. Using them has cost me any PPI I might have been owed. Contacted them in March and sent authority to disclose. Received a letter in May asking for further info on Barclaycard, which I responded to and they acknowledged in June. I then got two more letters in June saying that HSBC (with whom I had a mortgage for 25 years to 2018) and MBNA (with whom I have had a credit card for 10 years at least) "couldn't trace me". Funny that as I still have accounts with both! Responded to both letters giving full account details again, and sent them back in the prepaid envelopes supplied. Just rang to find out what on earth was going on, and told they had no contact from me apart from my initial request to use them (clearly a lie as they acknowledged the Barclaycard further info letter in June.So...they have no trace of three letters sent to them in their own prepaid envelopes- really? They say they wrote to me twice in July and both letters were returned by the Post Office saying I had "moved away". Rubbish, I have lived here for 25 years and no other post has gone missing this year. So...what we allegedly have is 5 postal items in June/July all involving the same business being undelivered, when everything else sent to or by me arrived fine. They must think I was born yesterday. Sounds like my PPI claim went to the "too difficult" pile and got conveniently filed.
