Liam, TJ and Nile awesome guys unlike communication with office
Communication with the people who organise the work is beyond appalling however I have to give a huge shout out to Liam and TJ and Nile who were an absolute pleasure to have in the property. They were such hard workers and did a fab, clean and tidy job. I cannot recommend these three guys enough they are welcome back here any time. Maybe the people who organise the jobs should take a leaf out of these guys books……they could teach you so much about being professional.

Lloyd - a 5* heating engineer
Lloyd quickly fixed the issue with our heating today. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to properly explain how the system works.
He quickly fixed the problem, listened carefully to our questions and made sure we fully understood. At no point did we feel rushed and it was a pleasure to have him in our house. We cannot praise him highly enough.

Chris and Raff, the insulation team, have been wonderful. Cheerful, polite, hard-working and respectful. Their work is of a very high standard. Chris told me they carry out work for customers as if they were working on their own houses .... and these were not idle words. They clear up tidily and the insulation work is excellent.

At first I was sceptical…
At first I was sceptical “too good to be true”. The initial process was fast and smooth, survey on the property was good and the grant was authorised. I had to send in some information which seemed to get a bit lost in the initial stages and I had to send a few times and repeat myself. Seemed a little like the head wasn’t talking to the tail. Once all the paperwork etc was done a date was planned for the work to go ahead. The work was disruptive but as tidy as possible. All the trades that came to the house were very professional and explained the process well. It was a few weeks of being upside down but worth it for a lifetime of warmth. The lads doing the internal insulation worked around myself and my family which was a massive help, informing us what and where they would be working so we knew the plan at all times. The solar works extremely well and my summer electricity bill was massively reduced. Really pleased with the results and benefitting now in the winter from the work. I would 100% recommend but be open minded to being upside down for a few weeks.

From start finish the fitters where…
From start finish the fitters where respectfull of our property explained all work carried out. On time, worked very hard.
Shauna our coordination person was amazing, contacted most days throughout the process, giving times and what work was to be completed.
The people and Shauna have been brilliant.

From Sean in the office, Anthony the surveyor and yesterday Matthew the technical surveyor, who was here for 4 hours, unobtrusive, patient and polite (just like having my son at home!). I can not praise them enough, they have explained things clearly and have been so helpful in sorting out what can be done to the house to make it more eco friendly. Just waiting for the Installation now and, if it goes as well as the first parts we will be good to go for Winter.

We were told 4 day install for air…
We were told 4 day install for air source heat pump and 2 days for solar panels,then ventilation and insulation another day. We are currently in week 8 with only the solar panels installed. Air source heat pump was put in the wrong location, installed in single bedroom which we can't now use, radiator not level, pipe work not fixed to walls, air source heat pump valves leaking when put up not changed, currently no hot water for 8 weeks, solar panels took 5 weeks before they were installed, insulation side is in its second week with the third team arriving today. Damage to property, tiles off walls, unnecessary holes in walls, holes in ceiling, pipes just folded back and left. List goes on and on. Trying to get hold of the company is a nightmare, have got about 5 people email but they don't reply or take so long to get back to you, it's a joke. Husband wants to go to the consumer rights to try and get this sorted. Would not recommend them at all, had some lovely gentleman out, but they then show little respect to your property, and don't tide up afterwards.
Wednesday 29/10/25 today we have had Dean and Nathan here finishing off the ventilation and insulation side they were shocked with the state of the property and kept apologising for the way it had been left. They completed all of the work that they needed to do, and also contacted the office to tell them.
And now we are in week 9 with no hot water, keep emailing Lucy but as normal no reply. Going to contact citizens advice tomorrow and get the ball rolling with legal action now
Yeah still waiting for an update,got a private company up as they have told us due to safety concern it couldn't go in the airing cupboard. The other company said they have installed a slim fit tank and all the measurements that were taken and looking at the access they said it will fit no problem.They came to do the extractor fans in the kitchen,put the front fan on left a carrier bag in the pipe and no cover off the back. Should have came out on Friday to finish it but they didn't turn up.
