From start to finish Consumers Choice and all their partners were very helpful. Even though I was worried about the whole process, they talked me through every step of the way, answered any questions that I had and generally put my mind at ease all the way through, and I cannot rate them enough.

Was stressed to death with the cost of living going up and all my debt building up. Made one phone call and within a week, consumer choice and their partners got my debt from £39000 down to about £17000. I was paying £900 a month but they got it to £270.

Over the last few years, I'd found myself getting further and further into debt. As the debt rose and became unmanageable, I became increasingly more worried and stressed as to how to get out of this situation. I'd seen adverts about debt help, but always felt to embarrassed to try it. Eventually though, I contacted The Consumers Choice, and I can't say this clearly enough, I wish I'd been brave enough to do it earlier. After explaining my situation, they (in this instance, Simon and Luke) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining every option available and were always on hand via phone calls or messaging if I needed any advice. I felt like they really understood my situation and I never felt judged for my circumstances. I now have one affordable payment every month and I feel like an enormous weight has been lifted. I really can't thank The Consumers Choice guys enough for their help and would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

I was really worried about reaching out for help after putting myself in some debt and I tired to get myself out but I couldn’t do it, I was putting more and more stress on myself and also my family.
