Avoid this company! They’re only interested in your money and won’t stop calling from random local numbers, even after repeatedly asking them to take my number off their list.

Tried it. Would not recommend.
Tried it. Not sure what I even paid for. I was even offered a money back guarantee and I asked for it and never heard from them again. Had to do a fraud claim to get my money back - they still charged me after I cancelled. Bad service.
In my case they were very ethical and honourable.
I know all the rest of the reviews for this company are pretty bad. Right after signing up with them I decided to check out there reviews and was quite shocked by all the complaints. I had just handed them over $500 to start a campaign. ( Stupid of me to do so without checking )
So the next day I contacted them politely telling them that I had made a mistake due to limited funds after a job cancellation. I asked them if it might be possible to cancel our contract and get at least a partial refund. Lo and behold they actually were kind enough to return all my money to me!
So in this regard they conducted themselves in a very ethical and honourable manner.
Thank you Consumr Buzz for helping me out of a tight situation. I hope they can continue to improve their track record in the future

I have to agree with the most recent negative reviews, I had them design a website for me, it took 3-4 months just to get up, the site looked like a school kid did it. I spent another few months communicating with them to get it right. I excepted it, but I received negative comments from other website designers. I no longer use them, just wasted time, and money. Do yourself a favor and pay more somewhere else, you will be glad you did.
Constant SCAM CALLS
Constant calls. I asked a couple questions about reviews on BBB and the guy named Andrew stated they should be good. I read a couple. He got mad and asked if we were just going to read reviews since I am the one who asked for help.... no I didn't .. you called me. He then gets upset and rude and starts trying to belittle my company. I asked If that's how he gets customers to sign up by being rude and insulting them. He said yes lol what a joke. PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND YOU WILL SEE A SCAM.

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. They called me to help me "verify my Google listing". They had an excellent salesperson who gave me a good deal on a new website for my business. I did give them my credit card and signed the agreement for the website. After signing, my credit card was hacked and used to purchase multiple gift cards for $300 ea. This was on a credit card I had not been using. So I immediately canceled the Consumer Buzz contract. Consumer Buzz did NO work for me at all but still charged me $850 in full for the contracted work.
This is a scam. Do not use them. They are unethical.

This is the worst website company that I have delt with. Their website design was totally useless and provided no costumer response. I received zero phone calls from new costumers over two months. I would never recommend them to anyone.
It's a scam
It's a scam. They tell you one thing to sell a devious service and then send a change agreement with a completely different thing.
Extremely annoying guys
Extremely annoying guys, keep calling me 15 times per day and trying to sell their scam services pushing really hard.
Honestly worst thing I’ve ever paid…
Honestly worst thing I’ve ever paid for. Zero help with my online presence. This was the biggest scam.
Telemarketers
Telemarketers. They call several times a day, every time I ask to be put on their do not call list. They don't and the calls continue everyday. I want the calls to stop.
SCAM
DO NOT fall for anything this company promises they will deliver. They have done nothing but charge my credit card thousands of dollars. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
"optimize my presence online"
They called to "optimize my presence online". I asked the company name. He would not tell me. He said it was in the email he sent me. I asked for him to tell me and he would not. I told him I can see from the email he is with consumrbuzz. He said thats right. I asked why he would not tell me on the phone. He said he wanted me to go to the email for a zoom meeting. I said I has an appointment I had to go to. He said this time slot was set for me and he could not call back. I said "good" and hung up.
I wish I would have read the…
I wish I would have read the reviews.... here is what Trevor said in his review and mine was almost exactly the same (albeit with some name changes... imagine that)! "I was approached by this company who initially misrepresented themselves by associating themselves with Google. After having been sucked in by a pretty good sales pitch, and as i needed SEO I agreed to a negotiated service which included no start up cost but only a monthly fee which would be for a 4 to no longer than a 6 month period at a cost of $150 per month.
I then received a phone call from a young lady who introduced herself to me as Belle my personal contact who would handle the EDITING of MY Website.
I then received a phone call from a very smooth talking so called upper management gentleman who then told me HE would be my personal contact and after showing me graphs and other bs persuaded me to invest a further $500, and made an appointment to talk to me on the 23 December. Needless to say this gentleman by the name of Stout was never heard of again.
I complained to Belle my original contact who informed management. I then received a call from a Mr. Ty Nickens their marketing director who was fantastic, listened to all recorded conversations and immediately refunded the $500 back onto my credit card.
Unfortunately this was when the nightmare began.
Starting from 11/20/24 each phone meeting with Belle discussing which of my existing web site photos go where, what additional language to be added to my existing website and editing etc was discussed and agreed on for confirmation at the following meeting.
At the discussion at each follow up meeting, the wording was incorrect, the photos were incorrectly placed, unconfirmed photos were added and had to be removed. After subsequent monthly meetings (three), and before the fourth phone meeting to finalize, I received a letter informing me that unless I agreed to Consumrbuzz hosting my website at $149 per month ad continuam they would not publish my site.
a) The word host or hosting had never ever been discussed as my website and domain had and is with another company. I found this to be extortion.
b) They initially argued that they had built a new website for me, which they had not and then conceded that it indeed was my website which was edited.
c) I then got a phone call from some new woman by the name of Margo who informed me that my site had been transferred to DUDA and she would help me with the transfer and gave me her number.
d) To say the least I got zero help after calling her number numerous times and left messages etc. I have never heard back from anyone at that company.
Needless to say after spending $600 with them I am left with exactly the same website I had 4 months earlier and wasted hours and hours achieving nothing.
This company in my humble opinion is incompetent, dishonest and devious."
I will do whatever I can and go to whatever lengths I can to share my experiences with this company so that no one else has the same experiences as we have.
They wouldn't refund anything
We had an initial conversation with this company to optimize our website with a smooth-talking salesperson in which we were told the total cost, one-time payment, would be $299 and no monthly fee. A week later they called again and asked for another $948 to do something else. Now they called a month later and wanted something more. I didn't stay on the line long enough to learn what he needed. I ask for a refund and for them to discontinue our service. They said that wouldn't happen because they already purchased some software on our behalf. There was no chance of a refund. The salesperson got mad at me and hung up. Now we're out $1247 with nothing to show for it. We should have looked at their customer review rating of 1.8 out of 5 before we started this process.
I was approached by this company who I do not recommend and please read my lengthy review below.
