Used to be a regular customer until the delivery kept getting longer and longer. This time it took two months with no updates. Emailed their support and got an excuse of a public holiday and got ghosted subsequently. Eventually had to revert to getting a claim through PayPal to get my money back. Terrible service.

I ordered contacts and without delivery they have blocked their website and not responsive.

Recently found contactlens.sg, delivery was fast and efficient. Will order more soon.

Make purchase at your own risk. Customer service by messenger/email is non-existent and order does not arrive after weeks. Website was down and now up again. Call your bank (to try) and have the payment blocked/refunded instead.

I ordered 2 months ago and still did not receive anything. Also my emails are not answered

Lenses ordered more than a month ago never arrived and no response from their client service team. Seems like a scam

SCAM! Same experience with all the other messages here. Ordered and never received anything, all inquiries remain unanswered....

This is a scam! Did not receive the items and emails went unanswered.

Want to warn all the Singaporeans out there that ContactlensSG is a SCAM. I bought 12 months worth of contact lens in March and it never came (it’s been more than half a year). I tried contacting them via email, their inquiry form, and instagram but received radio silence. They switched off comments on their Instagram posts as well (big red flag). Im so pissed this is alot of money to me

Do not buy from them. Money was paid but contact lenses not delivered and it’s been almost 2 months. Messages and enquiries went unanswered too.

Scam website. Same experience as many of those who have commented. I bought my contact lenses and even paid for speed delivery but the items never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times but they have never responded.

I’ve placed an order on 9 Mar 2021. Before placing an order, they sent me a promotion code that had expired. I emailed them about it and got a new code within the day.

However, after placing the order, they went radio silence. The order was estimated to reach me by end March. In April, I sent them a couple of emails about not receiving my items and tried reaching out via their social media but it all went to naught. I even called the number provided on their website but the number is no longer in use.

I never received my items and have still not heard back from them. It seems like I’m not the only one they scammed.
